We live in Evansville but had never been on the brewery tour. We were surprised to learn how environmentally conscious Tin Man is in the brewing process. It was a nice tour- not too short, not too long. You can grab a beer at the bar if you like for the tour. Being such a small brewery, it was cool to see the process in a small compact warehouse. The guides were great and answered all the questions. I would recommend the tour.

I have eaten at tinman multiple times. Great Food, Great beer, Great atmosphere. Every time I have eaten there, something was wrong with my order (or one of my parties orders) I'm not one to get upset, so when I do take the time to point out to the waiter/waitress that I ordered Fried chicken, not grilled, I am shocked when there is NO attempt made to correct it. I got an apology and an its better for you anyway kind of look. I ate the grilled. It was good. It was not however what I ordered and It was not corrected after being pointed out. This is just one example of one of my experiences. I have had others where something was not right and until I demanded it to be corrected no attempt was made to fix the order. So, Enjoy your experience but make sure you are specific about what you want, or you may not get it at all. Id like to add that the fried chicken (not grilled) did show up on the bill.

This place was a very surprising find. Trendy interior, fantastic beer. I didn't eat here, but the menu offerings look very good. A must see for any craft bee lover

I love this place. The beer is pretty good - very unique, craft brewed, I especially like the 'Rivet' - or if they still have it while you're there, get the 'Ferrous' - it was a seasonal, so I don't know if they'll still have it or not. And even if you don't drink beer, the place is worth a visit for the atmosphere. What they have done with what was a kind-of run down 100-year-old industrial space is pretty amazing.

I have now been to Tin Man over half dozen times. I must say not only has their beers come a long-way...but their cuisine is WONDERFUL and inventive!! Love their daily specials!!Last week we had belated birthday dinner for my son there and we had several of the specials they had that night. The BLT soup was especially good and unique. Love their appetizers, sandwiches and small plates as well.If you have not been to the Tin Man for a visit, you are really doing yourself a disservice. They are in my minds the real up-and-comer in Evansville area for unique dinning. Don't let the 'brew pub' tag fool you!!

Stopped by the Tin Man on a Saturday afternoon for a tour of the brewery and lunch. Great variety of craft beers with character - all brewed on site. The staff was extremely welcoming and had great recommendations for food (I tried chicken waffles for the first time and was very impressed). Lastly, the value was fantastic: A free 20-minute brewery tour to go along with a lunch for two (above mentioned waffles, a soup, a salad and fish tacos) with plenty of beer (including a variety sampler of 5 beers) for ~$30!

Sampled a few beers and snacked on the pretzels w/ beer cheese...it was all great. Friendly staff, good beer, clean, and priced well. What more could you want? Try it!!!

Went my student daughter. GREAT beer. Only fault I could find was the cornmeal waffles. While good on their own as a soup side, too much meal to be used as a sandwich.Very cool vibe in a hip part of town.
