I completed the self guided driving tour on my motorcycle. I really enjoyed the combination of historic sights and scenic views. You get to see the locations of Indian and Cavalry camps as well as Horsethief Cave. Mostly dirt roads, did not see much traffic. Devil's Gap is also worth seeing.The tour does not look like its still available on St. Francis' website, but I was able to find a print a copy with a web search.

The Breaks reminds me of the old westerns. We saw lots of deer. It was a good trip other than the dusty farmer motel, stay away it is the cheapest motel in town for a reason.
