Terrible horrible experience this evening. A not so nice, more interested in her dinner employee was unbelievably rude to my mother who was sitting in the dining area because of a Fybromyalgia flare up. The fantastic staff went even so far as to cordon off the entire dining room area making it impossible for my mother to get out and putting a 50lb sign in between her and the exit.I really enjoyed the young blond staff member waving and acting like she owns the place. (Sweetie I REALLY hope you are sleeping with the owner because if you aren't this is definately the end of your career at powerplay!) and saying goodbye to our money... we spent $200 there tonight and its safe to say I will not be back.I have never seen such incompetent staff in my life. They all stand around on their cellphones, talking to each other and eating. Child safety is NOT a priority here as there is literally nobody watching the kids.Ride and and play area operators often have not in uniform guests that are just sitting around chatting with the operators... great look and makes me feel really safe leaving my kid here..not.I will be calling to the attention of the owner his employees behaviors, especially the one of the rude staff member who treated us like an unwanted inconvenience during her dinner. We ARE SOOOO SORRY WE DECIDED TO COME SPEND OUR MONEY AT POWERPLAY...WE WILL NEVER MAKE THAT MISTAKE AGAIN!STAFF FRIENDLINESS FSTAFF ATTENTIVENESS FVALUE FFOOD F----STAFF INCOMPETENCE A+
We took our youths from the church to celebrate the end of summer and the return to school. This is a great place to let the youth enjoy all the rides and play the games, then our entire church family can sit down to a buffet meal and enjoy each other company before the youth head back to the rides and games for a final go round. This is a perfect place to hold such outings. No complaints on my end.
My husband and I took our 8-year-old daughter here as a special treat during her Spring Break. We went just before lunch, but the place was pretty dark inside. You could tell a lot of the equipment was rather old, but it all seemed to be working fine. As with many of these kinds of places, it cost a little more than I thought it should be, so we ended up only paying admission for our daughter, and promising we wouldn't play any of the games. I was disappointed in how outdated some of the games were, and how run down parts of the establishment were. Our daughter had fun, which was the important thing, but I don't think we'll be going back.
great buffet / everything from alfredo to pizza / tacos /good salad bar / could spend days playing the games here /reasonably priced / plenty of parking
We took a group of 14-15 year old boys for our sons birthday party, they had lots of fun but the bowling alley is tiny, keeps breaking and couldn't get good rhythm due to bowling shoes sticking on the floor.
Lots of variety here however it can get quite costly, very quickly! Staff was very nice however a little understaffed with numerous schools present.
We visited with our son and some family that lives in the area, they talked about how such a great time it was, and they were right. My son had a great time; it was his first time riding go carts so that was a blast for him. He also enjoyed the rock wall, the video games, etc…We had the buffet while we were there and it was okay. The staff was great, and was very helpful with the things my son had never tried before.Great time for all ages kids thru adults. My only complaint is you can quickly spend a lot of cash!!!
Lots of video games, bumper cars, some rides and very good food. I took my 5 year old - she could not play most of the video games, but she drove bumper cars, went on some of the small rides (they have about 6-7 of them). We also went into the small kids area, which you need to pay about $3 (pay for kids only here). Small kids area has a train, some large slides & a jump house (8 yr olds would get bored with this area quickly). You pay for all of the rides, attractions, video games on a per use basis. Video games are $1-$2 ea, rides are $2-$4 ea. You buy ($1) and load a Powerplay credit card that you keep & reload at each visit. Oh, they also have a very cool go cart track, but my 5 yo was too small to ride (48" min) and they don't allow double riders. Lastly, we had their all you can eat lunch buffet, under $10 for adults, under $8? I think for kids. It was during the week, so it was a few $ cheaper than on the weekend. But even at $13, the buffet was excellent. Well, excellent for a buffet. Definitely worth the money. They have a salad & soup bar, pizzas, pasta bar, taco bar, dessert station, soda fountain (i'm probably missing something). And in their seating area, they show a movie projected on one wall (Chicken Little when we were there). Overall it was an excellent lunch & a very good experience, but probably a little too advanced for my 5 year old. Sweet spot would be 7-12 year olds. Teens would have fun here too. i even played a few video games before my bored 5 yo begged me to get lunch.
My grandkids love to go there, and have had their birthday parties there. But it is very noisy and can get crowded when groups are there. And we forewarned, you can go through a lot of money in a very short time.
Have games for kids and adults to play. Great place for all! Facilities available for kids or corporate parties.
we got to play games and there was a free food. The food there was delious.the games were fun.there was lasher tag bump carts a chang of tickets at the store. My class went it was a blast.
I haven't actually been here myself, but our church takes the youth sometimes for their outing and my 15 yo daughter really likes it and has a lot of fun - she also likes the snacks at their snack bar so she thinks the whole place is good and it is one of the very few places she likes to go back to
This giant indoor arcade is a lot of fun. We had the buffet there as well. It was great, and I am not as buffet person. Lots of games and rides for the kids.
I took my 8 year old son and a few of his friends to the night all you can play session. They LOVED it! It was money well spent.
Not as loud as chuck e cheese, lots of options for all ages of kids, but you can go through a lot of money there if you don't go in with a plan. People working are usually very nice when we've been there.
