科奥利纳咸水湖

The lagoons provide a beautiful place to swim and play without the concern of waves or rough waters. The view from the lagoon to the ocean is breath taking and there is plenty of space to relax, play and hangout.

Our family had a great time snorkeling, sunning, swimming and walking at the Ko Olina lagoons. We saw quite a few fish while snorkeling near the rocks. There is plenty of room and sandy beach for people to spread out and not be too crowded. There are coconut trees nearby as well as restrooms, showers and water fountains.

These lagoons are great for even novice swimmers and children. The waves are very mild. The water is very clear and there are lots of fish to be seen, so bring your snorkel.

They were just wonderful. Clean, quiet (except for the ocean) not overly crowded. The rocks keep the waves from crashing into you and drowning you.

We enjoy staying at the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club and one of my favorite moments of the day is sunrise when I get up and take my walk around the lagoons and marina. Beautiful way to start the day and I don't care that they are man-made, They are relaxing and get my mind the restful start it deserves on vacation.

Really good for little children. Clear water with a nice selection of fish to snorkel amongst. Beach is manmade but you wouldn't want small children on most of the Oahu beaches without being very close to a life guard because of the waves. Lovely little spot for small children.

These four lagoons were the prettiest places I've seen, went back twice. There is a walking path the connects the four of them. Lagoon three has cabanas to rent as well as food/drinks. Parking is limited would be the big downside.

These lagoons break up the volcanic structure of the west side of O'ahu. They make the coast enjoyable and more usable. We have seen many tropical fish and turtles while snorkeling here. Occasionally a monk seal will swim into one of the lagoons to rest. It's amazing what you can experience in these lagoons.

view is nice and beaches are quiet and peaceful. Excellent for families with young children. Also great for early morning walk or jog.

You have your choice. If you don't like one lagoon, move to another. This is an AWESOME place for the families. Want to get married? It'll make a lifetime memory! This isn't for surf bums. But it IS fun in the sun!

Great place to stay for family get ways . Really good place for children because it's fairly calm in the lagoons but still fun. We were able to snorkel right out our back door and quite few restaurants close by as well as a little market to get essentials and groceries . Definitely would say here again.

A large reason we keep coming back to the resorts in Ko'Olina are because of the lagoons. We love coming to the lagoons because they are never overcrowded and they are perfect from swimming in because there are hardly any waves.

Let your kids try stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkeling, etc in a sheltered lagoon! Awesome.

Stayed at Aulani Disney Resort. We loved that they had a lagoon to swim and play in. We could snorkel and swim all day. Well worth the visit to this hidden beauty. The kids really loved the floating rafts and I believe they played on them for hours each day. There was plenty of chairs as well. We were there when the resort was booked solid and had no problem finding a chair on the beach. At the resort that was another issue!

The lagoon beaches are gorgeous- so nice to have a place to play in the ocean and not get pounded by big waves.
