We have been stopping here for 40 years. I especially enjoy the cheese curds. A great selection of cheeses and sausage. A must stop on the way back home. Great snacks in the car.

We cannot speak of the tour because we did not take one, but the cheese was delicious. The curds and chocolate cheese were the favorites!

We selected this tour because they allowed us to see cheese being made when we got there they were making curds. The man running the plant was the same guy giving the tour . He was very knowledge and it was fascating to see the process . We purchased some cheese after the tour but when we got home and ate the cheese we were disappointed with the cheese.

We were very disappointed with this cheese factory. This was our first trip to Wisconsin and of all the cheese factories to choose to see, we went to this one because of the reviews. We felt it just wouldn't be a proper trip to Wisconsin without seeing a cheese factory.When we arrived at the factory, two women were working at the counter and, even though we said hello, neither of them spoke to us. We asked if this was the actual factory and they looked surprised and said yes but it wasn't the day they made curds. Even though we acted excited to be there, neither of them took the time to acknowledge us, which was odd since we were the only ones in the factory.We did taste a few pieces of cheese, but can't say it was any better than the cheddar cheeses we buy in our local store.We do not recommend going out of your way to see this place.

The cheese maker that was there was very informational very helpful and it was a great experience seeing where cheese came from the cheese curds were awesome definitely a recommendation only takes about 15 minutes to a half an hour and you get to see the process depending on when you come in. they start packing cheese curds at around 830 but if you're interested they're making cheese even earlier in the morning

Unfortunately, we did not stop her when the factory was operating but we were able to see all the machinery sitting idle. We stopped here on a fluke because someone had mentioned that the cheese factory existed. Cheese is made on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays starting before sunrise. There are windows from where you can watch the entire process. A connecting store sells all of the factory's goodies plus many other food items. Great for a quick stop and to learn something new.
