Horrible service, very arrogant sales people. No Manager available to assist me when the sales man couldnt? They advertised a gun, when I went to buy it, they said it wasnt the same type of gun for that price. Wow, very sneaky. I said I would buy the one they advertised and that I drove all the way from South Milwaukee to get if they would sell it at the advertised price. Nope, they refused, and the salesman became very rude, I asked for the manager, he said ok. He came back about 10 minutes later, no manager and said take it or leave it at their price. I left and went to Gander Mountain.

I went here to get a holster and ended leaving with a bunch of reloading supplies at a reasonable price.Good service to.

My husband knows very little about guns so when I asked him to stop in to buy me some shells he asked for assistance to ensure he was making the correct purchase. He proceeded to give the guy the exact modle of my gun and the worker then sold him a box. Little did my husband know the shells were not correct and now I sit with a box of shells that are completly worthless to me and everyone I know. I called to see if there was anything that could be done and the guy proceed to talk to me as if I was scam of the Earth. He advised that when everything is said and done it is the customer's responsibility to know whtat they are buying, which I agree with to a point as I feel it is their responsiblity to provide correct information. I guess the lesson learned is if you think you may have questions DO NOT count on them to provide you with correction information.

I've stopped in a few times to see what they had on sale. It's is a very large store with fishing, shooting and archery products. I found the staff helpful and they answered all my questions.Didn't try the range, but mid-day it was empty. Stop in and judge for yourself.Finding a full service gun shop is not an easy task.

I was sighting in my fire arm. On the other end of the range a man was with his daughter shooting and instructing. 20 minutes into my sighting at least 8 dark completion individuals came in acting like they were at a party (noisy and acting unprofessional). They only used two lanes for all of them. They would load their weapons outside of the range area, walk in with guns loaded, and fired as fat as they could at a target that wasn't even 10' away from them while hooting and hollering about it. I thought I would have gotten shot with there lack of knowledge and safety. Sad to say I have a membership to this place. The owners need more employees and supervision!!

I felt unappreciated and undermined when talking to the "guys behind the counter" I was avoided and spoken down to while shopping for a firearm. Me and my family and friends will never step foot into midwestern shooters supply Again.

This is probably the best specialty store in the area for gun enthusiasts as the staff is very knowlegable and helpful, and they have an indoor range. Classes are available as well. They have a good selection though not usually that many used handguns compared to Cabela's down the road, but for new guns, they have the lowest cost in the area.
