This is a gem of a small, friendly neighborhood yoga studio with a variety of classes in the morning or evening to choose from. My favorite is the 6 a.m. "Wake Up Yoga" class on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. On Saturday morning, there are two power yoga classes and a "Young Yogis" class for kids. The teachers have different styles, but all are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Plus, they bring great energy to the class. There are plenty of available props: bolsters, blankets and blocks. The normal drop-in fee is $16, but they have plenty of specials, like the great introductory rate of $30 for the first month of yoga. Parking is available on the street or a short walk away in a municipal lot for 25 cents per hour. If you are looking for an intimate, serious yoga studio in a charming neighborhood, this is the place.
