Love the selection of home made candies and how delicious everything was. Candy is made there daily and they demonstrate how its done. A fun place to visit and eat through.

My son and daughter-in-law go here everytime they go up to the Poconos, so they took us. Sweet candy shopper all decorated for Christmas and the chocolates were delicious, they offered a lot samples! They sell dog snacks as well!

Just what you'd expect: CANDY and chocolate. I assume they make their own candy. Prices are a bit high for me and I'm one to spend extra on organic chocolate, so why would I pay more than organic for non-organic? Tried their fudge and it was average. $6 for 8 oz. It wasn't fresh, it was already boxed and a bit hard, not the soft melt in your mouth fudge I'm used to. Usually places that sell fudge have it in a case and cut it for you fresh and you pay per pound. The chocolate in their case was $16/lb. And they had a bunch of novelty items around the store. I doubt I would go back. Nothing worth a repeat trip.

I grew up eating chocolate from Callie's Candy Kitchen. Mr. Callie was a wonderful man who had a great recipe for his chocolate! It's a shame that he passed but the cozy little country store still thrives and attracts people from all over. They have chocolate covered everything and many other great kinds of hard candy and too much to list. The best time to visit there is for Christmas. It's just old fashioned and such a pleasant atmosphere. The prices are a bit high but so worth the taste!!!

We really enjoyed the assortment of delicious homemade candy and gift items. They also had fun nostalgic candy for us old folks. It was an enjoyable little stop along the way.

We visit Callie's whenever we're in the area. Their candy is delicious!As soon as you step inside you'll smell the delicious scent of chocolate and see all the wonderful cream filled candies in the case. Make sure you try a sample of whatever they're offering. When we were recently there, they had seven different samples available.I never tried their fudge before so this time I picked up the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. Creamy and delicious! Also bought the pumpernickel pretzels. My husband loves the dark Bark items. The candy in the store is presented nicely and there's so much variety you'll want to take a little bit of everything home with you!!

Loved this little gem in PA bought chocolate for my husband a friend and myself. You can't go wrong.

My husband and I found Callie's Candy Kitchen in 1979, and have been going there often since. Mr. Callie used to do presentations of how candy is made, however, he passed away last October 2013. They do have a video in the room for you to view the process. He covered everything from twinkies, chips, marshmellows, and our favorite - the cream cheese! This shop has been in business for over 60 and is now being run by his daughter (Mrs. Callie passed away in Jan., 2014) and the quality is still the same. I believe that they are open every day from 9 to 5. We have sent many people there over the years, you won't be disappointed!

Such a fun place to stop! Our favorites are chocolate covered strawberries and milk chocolate dipped potato chips. All of the chocolate is excellent! So much to choose from and such friendly staff!

We are chocolate "snobs" and we LOVE Callie's. Their chocolate is incredible on it's own and then they make all kinds of candy out of it - it's so hard to choose. Chocolate covered potato chips, peanut butter meltaways, barks, chocolate covered crackers, chocolate covered everything. It's all so good and the staff is very friendly - there are lots of free samples too! I've been coming here for over 20 years and it is always terrific!

Wow, lots of choices. They make tons of things with White, Milk andn Dark chocolate. Prepacked items including choc covered pretezls, potato chips, gummy bears, etc, but also other things sold from the case by the pound. Everything is delicious! Check it out, its a Poconos original!

We go to callies candy kitchen every time we visit Pennsylvania. The lady behind the counter is so friendly and helpful. The have such a giant selection of chocolates and candies. We love callies!!

This was a fantastic place for chocolate lovers, which I am! My husband puts up with me wanting to go into places like this, which is great. Good chocolates and popcorn and pretzels.

I've gone here multiple time and I must say, it's AMAZING! They have such a variety and all of the workers are always smiling. My personal favorite goodie is the chocolate covered gummy bears. Overall a very nice place and perfect for families too!! Definitely recommended!!!

We stopped here out of pure curiosity.This has to be one of the largest small town pretzel shops ever! There were both soft and hard pretzels, pretzels made from graham crackers, stuffed pretzels, chocolate covered pretzels of all sizes, yogurt covered pretzels and on and on...Also popcorn of several varieties. It is overwhelming to try to choose what you want. We selected the small chocolate covered pretzels and they were very tasty. While there; we also saw hard pretzels being made. An interesting tourist stop as you travel through the area.
