Phillips Cider Mill has the best Cider I have ever had, period. They use a blend of apples to make the sweetest cider, it is amazing. I always get an apple cider slush when I am there, so refreshing. Last time I was there I tried their cider donuts, incredible. The people that work there could not be more helpful or friendly. Stop in and give it a try. You will be hooked.

We discovered this place after a nearby mill seemed to have lost the recipe for cider.This is wonderful stuff. WE drink a lot of it. Their cider donuts are fresh, crisp edges and difficult to stop eating.Apple selection is vast, prices are very reasonable.Staff is wonderful and enjoy waiting on folks.Tough to drive by anytime without stopping for another gallon. They have a frequent buyer card too. Comes in handy for junkies like us.Try a cider Marguerita: 100% blue agave Tequila, cider and a shot of Grand Marnier. YIKES it's good. Substitute Triple Sec for GM if you're on a budget.

You can buy their cider or apples at the big red barn on Old-27 or drive a few miles down the dirt road to go pick your own. Their prices don't break the bank like Uncle John's(which is way to commercialized). When you are looking for a good family lets go apple picking on the farm. This is where you need to go and not get distracted by all glitter. It's a good idea to bring a wagon to pull your apples back from the orchards. Their applesauce blend (mixture of whatever variety is ready) apples are very reasonable.
