My wife and I experienced the tasting menu for our Valentines Day dinner. Of all the courses, only one featured a recognizable protein. The remainder were pleasant but not memorable.. All courses shared a distinct saltiness. This included a dessert course that featured a beet covered with chocolate. By itself, this could have been okay if the beet had been pickled. As it was, the salt overpowered the other tastes.We have been to other restaurants that feature a tasting menu and Torino gets points for variety and creativity, but these points are more than offset by the taste. Torino did not leave us with a bad taste, just a taste for water to counteract the salt.Overall, not worth the price.

Service is excellent, flavors are unbelievable, wine pairings are incredible. This place is under priced and provides an amazing food/service experience. So exciting to see the Detroit area birthing such a beautiful dining establishment. We cannot say enough about good about this place.

Loved our whole experience ...It is a 9 course tasting menu & wine pairing if you want it . Place is beautiful ... Staff goes out of there way to please.Made sure of any food allergies and adjusted the menu .Food was delicious !!!!! Tried so many different foodLoved them all . The tasting menu changes monthly. Going back. On the pricy side ...but so much fun to experience...Felt like Top Chef judge
