This place is truly in the boon docks - but it is well worth the trip! The brewery's main attraction is a lovingly re-conditioned barn - referred to as the BARn. Only open on Saturday from 2-7 - they usually have local entertainment - we were lucky the day we were there - the musical group as Deep Fried Squirrel - and they are fantastic. This couple crafts some fantastic beer - the art work on the cans is outstanding as well! You can bring in your own snacks, but come prepared to try some great beer!

We received a Tour of the Brewery - but instead of getting a bunch of facts that I don't care about, it was entertaining and informative about the real workings of a brewery. Our guide was so funny! We tried to take a second tour that day, but he was busy!

This brewery is very much in the middle of nowhere but very much worth seeking out. They are only open on Saturdays so plan your trip accordingly. We've been there many times, the most recent for their 3rd anniversary. Their beers are some of the best from small craft breweries. They had a barbecue wagon that day and it was great. The venue is great, let me say that again the venue is great! Make the trip and visit them this summer.

We love going to this quaint BARn that serves some of the best beer we've ever had! Brian & Joleen are the best hosts and have really made a unique place out there. Take a picnic and enjoy this brewery that is (thankfully) out in the middle of no where! Only open on Saturday 2-7 p.m.

Located in an old barn at the end of a gravel road. Great beer and lovely people. Worth the trip out but only open on Saturday from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Piney River Brewing Company is southern Missouri little jewel. Great microbrews done old school with attention to detail and ingedients.
