Stopped in the pouring down rain. Wished it had a little more cover so we could have stayed longer. The Coach outlet personnel were fantastic. Super fun attitudes. Made me want to shop longer.
Not much here, for our taste. Maybe Restoration Hardware was OK. Prices seemed higher than nearby non-"outlets". JMHO. Maybe try the mall a few miles West (with killer Nike store)
i went to this outlet after being in the St Louis Premium outlets. the shopping is ok and they have some shops that i haven´t found in the otherone. but if you have to choose between this one and another one check the store list, this one is very small.Great for shopping during the week, i was alone, all shops where for me.Outdoor outlet, in case of rain you will get wet.
Lots of vacancies..but if your favorite store is here, then your in luck! So dead, you can get in and out in no time! Very cool that they welcome dogs! They have dog bowls outside most shops too.
WE stopped by after having been to StLouis Premium outlet mall and could not believe the difference. The parking lot at the Premium outlet mall was full. There were hardly any cars at the Prestige mall. In hindsight the cars that were there were probably all employee cars. I think I crossed paths with only 3 more shoppers. I cannot imagine how this mall with survive. Mind you it was a Thursday afternoon...
Stores are ok, but several aren't 'outlets.' Need to bring in some entertainment to get crowds as design is not conducive to shopping. Essentially shaped like a pencil. On the Ball does have some neat sports' teams merchandise....
I wonder what this will be after the first of the year when it completely fails. The stores are sub-par; with several stores larger versions of kiosks in other malls. I have no idea how they can afford the rent unless they all have rent-free deals. The one thing that really disturbs me about this place is that there are dog bowls, dog poop bags and all things dog related in this outlet mall. They encourage dog owners to bring them. I even saw a guy hosing down the concrete like I saw in Paris to clean up after them. I am not particularly against dogs in principal, but I don't think they belong next to me while I am trying on clothes, eating, etc. when I myself am not a dog owner. I find it very intrusive and all too pretentious for others to assume that everyone wants dogs around them in all manners of being.Aside from the long dog story, the stores don't interest me. I like the other outlet mall in the valley much better and fully expect this one to turn into a craft store, theater and/or dance studio, dog park mall by this time next year.I will not be back.
This was the first Outlet Mall to open in Chesterfield, but at this point the place is nothing special. We walked into several stores and they felt very cold! Meaning someone might say hello, but that was it. They did not tell us about any specials or offer to help in any way. I did buy perfume from the store at the far end of the mall and the gentleman was very helpful. However, we went in to the perfume store in the middle of the mall and the young lady did not even say hello to us, much less offer to help. The Ralph Lauren Store, Banana Republic, Gap and so on have a chance of making it. But friendliness and customer service certainly need to be improved.
This will be a very nice outlet mall once they add more stores. We found some great deals at American Eagle and Abercrombie. If you are a dog lover it is very pet friendly. Almost every store has a bowl of water outside the store. Food court is not open yet, however there are vending machines for drinks and snacks.
