well it started my daughter wanted to go zip line for her birthday so I looked up some places found zip line u s a it was only 8 miles from the house we went to the office on hwy 13 showed us the right way to zip line .they drove us to site in the woods got up in the trees and started it was great no problems

We went as a group of 13 , and could not have ask for a better day. The owners and their family, plus the entire staff made for a safe , exciting and awesome Zip Line experience. We would recommend Zip Line USA to anyone from 8 to 80. Our guides (Wes and Mikayla) were A+. They made our trip fun and exciting while keeping us safe and secure throughout our tour. A absolute must do while visiting the Branson area...

We planned a quick Branson get-a-way this past weekend. After researching several of the zip line tours in the area we chose Zip Line USA because of their longer and higher runs over the competition. I tried to email the company, as requested on their website, first thing Saturday morning to request a tour later that day or Sunday. I never received a response. By mid morning I called the number listed. A woman answered and said they may have some times available, however, she didn't normally take reservations and would check and call me back "in a few minutes." Again, I didn't receive a response. I called back after we ate a late lunch and got a cell phone voicemail. I left a message with my phone number. Once again, no response. On the way back to our condo, I called once more and left a call back number on their phone (it sends a text message with my phone number to their phone). As expected, no response. Since their location was on our way back into town, we decided to stop by to see if anyone was available. We were very disappointed with what we found. The place was deserted, and didn't look like anyone had been there in a while. The signs were faded, windows were dirty, and the van they apparently use to take riders to the course looked worn down. It made me second guess the effort they put into the safety and upkeep of their equipment. Anyways, we filled our day with other activities and had a good time, but I could never recommend this to anyone.

It was amazing! It was my husband and my first time zip lining. We had Wes and Mikayla as our guides, and they were interactive the entire time. They made it fun and we felt secure the whole time. It's a reasonable price, and you get more out of it! We recommend Zip Line USA!

This has got to be the best Zip Line in the Branson area! You won't find a view of highways only beautiful Ozark's! (They take you to the zip line by bus as it is off the beaten path and sooo worth it) We took the tour a month ago and even though I am a bit afraid of heights, I did it! If you are afraid they have it set up where you can zip tandem with another person on the 350 foot zip and a couple others. For those of us that are a little intimidated...you build up your confidence as you go. I would love to go during the fall to see the trees in color so I will be back! Thanks Zip Line USA for making this an awesome experience!

This was the first zipline my husband and I ever went on! We did the "Extreme". Every since then, no other zipline can compare to Zipline USA! We have been in Alaska, other Branson lines, and Florida. Each time compare to Zipline USA only to be disappointed. Guess we will just have to go back to Reed Springs and get another adrenaline rush. Thank you!!

The best zip line that I've been on yet! I wouldn't recommend it for small children. It's great fun for teens and adults.

We took a group of teenagers ziplining for a 17th birthday present. We had an amazing time! The staff was friendly and fun to work with. Wes and Skyler made our experience even more enjoyable with their quick wit and friendly personalities, all the while making sure we were safe at all times. I would highly recommend ZIP LINE USA even though it is a little off the beaten path from down town Branson it is well worth the extra 15 minute drive! We can't wait to go back in the late fall.

My husband and I scheduled the am tour and our gps took us to the coarse and not to the building. We called and Tank got us on the right path and stayed on the phone the entire driving time until we arrived. A++ on personality for all staff. They went out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable and loosen up a bit before we started the 1st zip.It was my husband’s birthday and they were giving him grief all day, which he loved every minute of. We have zipped on Catalina Island (our favorite) and in PA. This course compared with both, HIGH! Our favorite line was the longest, both my husband and I zipped at the same time. Wow! What a rush! Ww had been wanting to go zip lining just one time when we go to Branson. My husband had spent hours researching zip lining there and found this one for our family to do. We liked it because it was in the woods with no busy highways or interstates in the background.. Our guides names for the tour were Wes and Skylar and they were great and very patient with us for our first time to do this.! We want to do it again the next time we go to Branson and would definitely recommend to anyone.

We wanted a really fun group outing, so we decided to go to Zip Line USA. We had a blast; the zip lines were great, equipment was safe and easy to use, and Wes and Tank were great guides! I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a few hours of adventure. Thanks for the great time, Zip Line USA!!

Zip Line USA is a great experience. I would rather zip line over the forest than downtown Branson. The view was amazing and our guides Wes & Mikayla were awesome. They were fun but also focused on safety. This is a great trip for the entire family. As long as you can handle the heights. If not, the guides will put you at ease and help you get across. We spent an entire morning at Zip Line USA in Reed Springs, MO, just a few miles from Branson. It was our first zip line experience and the whole family had a a great time. Our guides were knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. They were concerned about safety and took all the necessary steps to insure a great trip. There was a real family atmosphere to this company and they took great strides to make us feel comfortable. After the first short safety run, the long one awaited. We were 350 feet above the tree line and moving along at a pretty good clip. If you're staying in Branson, it's worth the drive!

Wow, what a blast. The beauty of flying over the tree tops at over 350' is breath taking and the awesomeness is almost indescribable. The crew at Zip Line USA were truly fantastic. Wes and Skylar were the bomb. Very friendly and relaxing to the group. Easily encouraging those that were unsure of themselves. They even laughed a my corny jokes and ribbing that I gave them. I will be going back to them in the future. We highly recommend these guys as for your high adventure trip. Steve Langley

Wes, Angie, and John were fantastic tour guides. They even fit us into the full schedule. I am not typically afraid of much but I got a little frightened. Wes made sure I was comfortable and most importantly safe. The guides had a blast with us. I have never went 4 -wheelin' in a short bus before but I can now mark that off my bucket list as well as zip lining, too. I went with my 60 year old mom and 16 year old son. After about the 4th line, I was starting to feel a little better and confident I could relax. The first long zip was definitely the most extreme but beautiful! We will be back for sure!!!
