This place is mis-named! There is nothing "family" about it! I have never been treated so rudely in my recent experience! Immediately after the basketball game my daughter played in, we were forced out of the arena and told we could meet our daughter in the lobby which turned out to be a lie. I went back to the arena to hug my daughter, who had just played in her last basketball game ever. I wasn't bothering anyone - just waiting for my daughter. These "family arena" people were threatening me with arrest!Missouri may be the 'show me' state, but I have seen enough of you to last the rest of my life! Shame on you!

Came here for the NCA cheerleading competition good times, building is a little dated but other than that great place to come to a competition! $ Parking $ And entry fees a little much!

This is certainly not the fanciest venue around but it is absolutely perfect for indoor soccer, semi-pro hockey and so on. Even some big name stars who could fill huge domes like Reba have performed here to get more intimate with their audience. It is a real trophy to have in the area and hope it continues to have tenants and events such as the secondary tours of things like Disney on Ice. If you are looking for Staples Center like accouterments you won't find them here but simplicity and perfect size you will find.

We traveled to St. Charles to see our local team, the Wichita B52's, play the St. Louis Ambush in a Major Arena Soccer League Game. This is a great arena for the minor indoor sports such as arena soccer, minor league hockey or arena football. We choose to pay for the front row seats which put you right next to the field. There was adaquate concession stands so that we didn't experience long lines. My only complaint was that parking cost $10 but, anymore that's to be expected as these style of arena's typically don't host events that can afford to to pay big bucks to reserve the space, thus the arena makes up for it by charging extra to park.

We went with two grandkids to see the Ambush play. The one thing that annoyed me was that neither their website or the Metrotix website specified which end the main entrance is, so we weren't sure if our seats were close to the door or at the far end. Just so you know, section 104/105 is on the end closest to the main entrance. Other than that, it was fine. It is a smaller arena, but that means nobody is too far from the action. Yes, the seats aren't wide and cushy, and the rows are close together - have you been on a plane lately?? Those seats are just as bad or worse, and you pay a LOT more for those! It's a few hours of your life people - suck it up, or just stay home. The food was no worse than any other similar venue. Water $3, big bag of cotton candy $6, and half-priced pretzel in the 4th quarter $2. The bathroom was fine. It was basic, clean, had TP, soap, and paper towels. We're looking forward to going to another Ambush game. I heard that students with ID can buy one ticket and get one free - I don't know if that is always or just the night we went.

I went there for my graduation in May and it was big. It was able to to hold about 300 students and parents and family. Then I went for Fight Hard MMA in August and October. The speakers need to be replaced I say. But other than that, its big and ok.

This is a nice venue. Not too small, not too big. All seats are great. Prices are reasonable. Parking costs $10. I was so excited that I got a parking space in front row. Well now I know why the spaces were available. It was almost impossible to get out. There are barricades in front of your car and people leaving show do not stop to let you out. Next time I'm parking farther away and parking so that I don't have to back out. Lesson learned!

Good sound, decent sight lines toward the stage, limited menu of foods/drinks but at least they had the standard items, and seriously not enough bathroom capacity for a 5000-6000 person crowd. The potty lines crowded the general passageways around main arena.

We had floor seats, the way they handled allowing you to go in and out with wrist bands was awesome! We had great seats and got to go to the front. For a concert that made me feel really old (old teenagers I should say we all were), I still acted like a teenager. They had reasonable prices for drinks and awesome access to the restrooms and the bars.Parking price wasn't marked anywhere so that was a surprise, $10 for parking seems a bit steep.Other than that it was a great night!

Since there is no public Metro Link to get to this location you are stuck paying whatever they decide to charge for parking.

This arena is where most of the local school districts hold their high school graduations every year. It holds a lot of people. There are all kinds of concerts and sports things going on all year long. It has become a little ran down over the years, but it's still a decent place to go for an event.

It was like any other arena, it was good. I don't have any complaints. :D There isn't anything else to say.

This is a great venue but the entertainment that is booked is average to below average. I have seen a few artist's or kids events but it doesn't often have anything worth going to.

We went to the Chill hockey game. It was the first game we took our daughter. I can say it was good value for money. Standard arena food, so eat before or after you go!

Seating is awful the aisles are fine as line as nobody is sitting in the seats. But if seats are occupied and you need to get by you take your life into your hands expecially for older people, when I was there one man fell over the seats into the next isle (thankfully he wasn't hurt). Also, steps are too narrow for the average foot.
