What a awesome place full of Arts ,Antiques , retro Items , Collectibles , I found many Great cool Items ! Very nice place and great Informative knowledgeable staff . Y'all gota go check it out its under new owners and they have filled the place with great stuff !

From the outside it looks like any other building front. And then you look in the windows and notice what looks to be a table from at least the 18th century. I couldn't pass it up so I went in. The owner saw my interest in the table and explained a little bit of the story. I continued to checkout the rest of the store and found a lot of really cool items. There are some flea market type pieces but amongst them are some really great finds. Great customer service and an easy space to shop in. I'll be back.

I can not go in to this store without spending at least an hour looking around because it has so much to offer. From handmade jewelry, cards, soaps, ornaments, decorations, wooden objects, photographs, and paintings, the crafts are unique and well organized. Then there are the antiques, which vary from dollhouses to books to tea pots to furniture and beyond!

This store has both a combination of art done by local and nationally known artists as well as antiques for sale by local dealers. Worth the visit while visiting Altavista, VA

Attended reception with the artists. Light snacks, wine tasting, live music. An enjoyable evening. Pleasantly surprised at the quantity and quality of local art. Attended a gallery reception in Richmond VA previously. Their gallery space and event organization left something to be desired compared to Altavista Art & Antiques, which is located in a small town.
