Fair trade shop--so inviting with bright colors and great displays. High quality merchandise with fair prices and large variety of merchandise. Shop keeper and sales person were so friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the town and area. Great place to shop! I love this shop!Berryville Grille next door has great food at great prices!

Fair trade. A wide variety of well made, unbelievably unique gifts at very fair prices. The shop keeper/store owner is so nice, community oriented & knowledge of her stock. A must see...

My husband and I had a great time looking around at the unique items at the shop. We were very impressed with the variety of gifts and purchased some beautifully hand carved wooden animals for our children which they love. The prices were great and we were happy to support such a wonderful store.

This week, I found gifts for all 10 members of my family at My Neighbor and Me in Berryville. I love the atmosphere and seeing works of art from all over the globe. One of my gifts was 50% off! And Christina and Melissa also helped me with a few gift ideas as well. I'm going back!

She has a wide variety of items, any of which would be a great gift. Store is pleasing to the eye, and you just HAVE to look at everything....lots of unique items....

Unique shop with unique products from all over the world, with an emphasis on fair trade. You will find products of all descriptions: jewelry, home furnishings, clothing, and charmingly unique gifts and greeting cards. With fair trade and fair pricing, what is not to love?!

While Berryville Va is a small quiet town it has a lot to offer... One shining star is my Neighbor and Me - it is worth the drive to check it out! Beautiful baskets and unique items to give as gifts or to treat yourself :-) The best part is that they are a fair trade business who offer treasures from groups such as Ten Yhousand Villages... They are moving to a single story building a few doors down which makes not having to climb the steep stairs even more enticing. I got several gifts for others and cant wait to visit the new store and maybe shop for myself! Go check them out for yourselves you will be glad you did!!!!!

Christina was very committed to her mission statement. A wonderful experience for me. I have told anyone who would listen about the bountiful goods available and the fair trade that will occur for those who have given us this piece of their lives. Loved the conversation and will definitely return many more times.

My Neighbor and Me is growing with community awareness of fair trade and a desire for unique products. The shop is in an upstairs space (one flight up - no elevator) along historic Main Street next door to an art gallery and less than a block away from the new artists cooperative. I have shopped here since the owner ran the store out of her house. She can occasionally be found with a stand at the Saturday farmers market. Gifts are from around the world and include clever designs, colors, and craftsmanship. Think a miniature 10,000 Villages sprinkled with works of local artists. The shop is beginning to have unique events in their intimate setting and engage with a new program of local independent merchant events. This weekend hosted a drum circle for children but the young at heart were encouraged to join in as well. A pleasant place to stop for a chat to learn about fair trade, Berryville, or just meet friendly people.

If you care about preserving historic downtowns, purchasing fairly made and organic goods, making ecologically sound choices or finding a thoughtful gift for a friend, this is your store.There are finds here for adults and children. I love being able to do my Christmas gift shopping out of season and out of the ordinary.

Thank you so much for your review. One correction though is that I am open until 6pm, which is rare in Berryville, on Saturdays but I am closed on Sundays. I hope to add Sunday and Monday hours in the next year as the business continues to grow and I can afford to hire help.

Such a friendly, welcoming shop owner and wonderfully unexpected finds in a small country town! All items are fair trade from third world countries. I'm definitely coming back!
