Wow, let me say if you get the opportunity to drive on a Nascar circuit, do it. The team took the time in class to explain that these cars are the real deal, ok so your limited to 150 mph. The best time of my life for all you speed demons, but let me tell you, your mind tells you to do one thing but you better do what the instructor tells you. They know best and you have more fun and you are allowed to run it to the limit. Great experience and would do it over and over.

What a wonderful experience!! I can not wait to do it again. Very professional staff, well organized and no waiting around. Excellent class room before hand and great ride around the track before you get in the car to get a better idea of what you can expect. Real Sprint Cup cars a couple of years removed frm competition. Only one complaint, 10 laps are advertised and you really only get 9 laps to the checker and then the 10th lap is a cool down lap with the engine shut off and coast to get back to the pits. I do not consider this a lap and I do not think they would at a race either. Please give us the full 10 laps you advertise. IF YOU'VE ever wanted to drive a racecar this is for you. you get about an hours instruction and then are put in a sprint cup car, with an instructor to drive 10 laps, or more. these are the older style cars, that are no longer used, but were driven in nascar races. the instructor will help you keep your line and also let you know if you can go faster or should go slower. they run up to 150 mph. I've done this 3 times, and all of their people are great and know what they are doing. 10 laps doesn't sound like much, but most people will find it plenty. if you haven't been to texas motor speedway, you can probably work in a tour on the same day.

Reserved an early Sat morning 10 lap driving and 160 mph ride along at TMS. Only regret is not getting 20 laps. Excellent training and assistance getting to know the track and car. The staff is excellent and no complaints about the process. Just about the time you get settled in to the pattern on the track its time to pull in, but it was a rush just the same. They let you go as fast as you can handle and keep it very safe. The ride along takes it to another level with five cars jockeying around the track at 160 mph. Saving up to try again.

I had a different day booked and luckily for me they passed their business to Team Texas. What a fantastic experience to drive well over 100mph in a true NASCAR. The staff were absolutely fantastic, so friendly, and helpful. They offer packages for photos and videos to help remember the day. While driving they allow you to go as fast as your comfortable which includes passing and being passed. It gives you the full experience of racing. They also offer a NASCAR limo drive which the whole family enjoyed immensely. I can't wait to get up there and do it again.

I have did this at another school years earlier so I can compare.First of all over 100 people which made up over 9 groups to do ten laps in between others riding with a driver doing 160I was there over 6 hours and only drove 4 laps till it rained and they stopped everything,they let in a large group of Asians that did not speak English which slowed it down even more.I drove over four hours to get there and they gave me a rain check for later in the year.Not only was it time wasted the instructors were very annoyed with the group and rude. One instructor called a customer a SOB and ordered him out of the car .Not a fun day, can see me ever going back to this cluster ---k

My husband turned 60 and I bought him two ten lap drives at the Texas Motor Speedway. He said it was the best ever -- and probably the most fun thing he has ever done. We bought the hd video, and have really enjoyed watching it over and over. He wishes we had purchased a ride a long too, and easily could have added it on. Now...he can't wait to go back. We stayed at the Marriott that was close by, they had a really nice offer for speedway. Drivers and teachers were so professional -- well done!

I had a 25 lap experience Jan. 2012 and could have driven another 200 laps! It was a fantastic time. My driving instructor (Patrick) was encouraging and helpful. All the staff was great. Passing other cars was so much fun! No other driving experience in the US allows passing. (That I know of). I cant wait to drive again.

Do you like NASCAR? Have you ever wanted to personally drive the track? at 160mph? Or ride in one at near 200mph? This is the experience for you. Real cars, good coaches, good people, good times! (Not for the kids, but the Men and Ladies can sure have a good time as we did.)
