city park and playground

Visiting from Georgia and wanted to see some decorations. Saw a review from 2012 and thought that we would ride down and check out the Christmas lights. The park near the Historic Square was really pretty with LOTS of lights and displays. You walk through and it is free. Several dogs on leash were with their owners. Very nice and festive way to end Christmas night.

The City Park & Playground is located across the street from the Convention Center and City Beach. It is well maintained and a great place for a family outing/picnic.

We were attending a soccer tournament for the entire weekend and there was no concession at the Middle School fields for those playing there and the restrooms at the City Park were filthy on Sunday. They could have paid extra attention to the need for cleaner restrooms. We didn't use the playground except at the elementary school nearby. Be careful for stickers on the ground!

This is a nice place to exorsize, walk, orjust chill. The kids love the play ground and the fountins.

the parks were very well kept they were clean it was a beautifull park. the people there wrer friendlya nd helpfull

Had a great time down in the park. The big kids and little kids had a great time!

The size, location and equipment have all been well thought out. This is more than just a playground or picnic area because of the sport fields and walking paths. It's our soccer games location and we've attended lots of birthday parties there. The trees for shade are a plus too!
