They have a great selection of Teton National Park gifts and goodies. The bookstore selection is amazing and the learning center is pretty cool. There is a lot of information about the night sky at the visitor center which is very interesting. There was a travelling Native artist there during our visit and it was very informative to talk with them about their art.

Located in Colter Bay, the visitor's center is not as large as the one at the south entrance. However, it has an excellent museum as well as very knowledgeable people working there. During the summer months, they have a number of ranger programs. The gift shop had a decent selection of items.

The Colter Bay Visitor Center seems small compared to the Clark Thomas Discovery and Visitor Center at the south entrance, but it's definitely worth a stop. We enjoyed the small Indian Art display. The small theater plays a variety of videos throughout the day; the list of movies and times is posted on the wall just outside the door of the theater. If staying in the Colter Bay area, it would be worthwhile to make note of the schedule, especially for rainy days. Park rangers are knowledgeable and helpful.

The wolf video was first rate and must have taken a lot of effort to make. The store was the best we saw.

We came here several times during our visit. There are rangers to answer your questions and there are documentaries playing throughout the day in the theater. The view of Mt Moran from the back deck is amazing.

When in the Colter Bay area, which happens to be one of my favorite areas in the park, make sure you stop in the visitor center and visit the Native American museum they have there. It may not be the largest museum in the world, but it certainly packs a punch. The beadwork is some of the best that I've ever seen in any museum - and that includes the Smithsonian in D.C. It gives a nice overview of the tribes that called and still call this home. You simply don't want to miss it. It's a gem!

We always hike around Colter Bay. This time we took the lunch Lake Cruise. Great lunch and boat ride. Volunteers in the main building answered our questions about wildlife.

We came in from the North so this was our first stop to get information about our visit. The Ranger was most friendly and helpful and supplied us with all the maps, trail guides and lodge information we would need for our time in the park. The restrooms were clean and the gift shop was jammed with anything National Park you would want. We always just like to browse.

Very nice visitor center with loads of information and the opportunity to learn all about the Tetons. Ranger talks are very informative and are very good for small children who like to hear all about the animals that they can see in the park.

This is a good place to stop before you get to Teton Park Road. They have a nice gift shop, restrooms and in the market you can get some of the best homemade cinnamon rolls you will ever eat.

"I am on fire"- Bruce SpringsteenThat is how I would describe Ranger Doug's Swan Lake Hike. Doug interlaces rock and roll songs with highlights of nature on this hike. It was fun, informative, and breath taking.

The visitor center is small but has informative displays and wonderful views from the back deck. The Indian Arts Museum is well worth a visit.

We were here before most of the services open for the year. However, this place is big with lots of services when its in full swing. The Indian Exhibit is currently closed. But the visitors center staff was helpful and the restrooms nice. Be sure to drive down to the docks to take in a better view of the lake.

Very helpful staff, reasonable prices on maps, etc. Sits near Jackson Lake and plenty of parking. Only thing open in mid May so no food service but clean bathrooma.

Have visited a lot of museums and attractions in the 32 States we have visited but this is one of the best. Undergoing renovations during our visit in June of 2013 but is always very interesting, particularly with the various native people in attendance.
