the historic blairstown theatre

Kudos to the new owners of the theater, and their effort to bring vibrant and varied entertainment and music to the area. We need it ! The theater is really quaint, well done. the sound is great, and it was a really nice experience. I wish them well ! Will go again.

James Maddock and his band played Friday night, January 17th, at our favorite theatre close to home! He was fantastic and the venue full of happy people to welcome this talented gentleman from Britain back. It was apparent that he loved it and we loved him... The theatre is comfortable and intimate with great acoustics for a good price.

Sister Sparrow graced the stage again at the Historic Blairstown Theatre last night. She was phenomenal and her band was terrific. She just keeps getting better - nice girl with a voice and presence that was Joplinesque with a touch of class. Comfortable seating at affordable prices and never a blind spot in the house. We always check the theatre first to see who's playing...
