My 2 granddaughers absolutely loved Kidz Village in Kennilworth. I could hardly drag them out of their. The place was clean and great for both kids and adults.

Kidz Village offers so many activities including a 3 level huge indoor playground, a pretend castle where kids shoot spongy balls at each other, a pretend diner with full kitchen, a school with computers that have over 100 learning games, a pretend grocery store with shopping carts and check out aisles, a hair salon where the kids can style the mannequin's hair, a movie theatre with real movie theatre seats, a toddler room with lots of activities, a music nook, a house where kids can take of the baby dolls and do laundry, a racetrack where kids can drive little cars, a tool shop and lego room, a comic book room where kids dress up in costumes, and an arcade. There is so much to do that families usually stay at least a couple of hours. There are very few "battery imagination toys" in KV and we never have batteries in those toys.

Kidz Village is a wonderful place for imaginative play and just the right size (not too big, not too small) – there are various stations (beauty salon, school, movie theatre, tool shop, grocery store, diner) where children can play hands on as well as a rather large obstacle course and open play area. There is also a ton of seating for parents right in the center so they can watch all the action. We had an overall great experience. It’s well designed and well run as staff was constantly coming around and tidying up after the children, and the price is very fair (around $10 per child depending on age) considering that once inside the kids can play all they want for no additional charge, unless you decide to visit the small arcade or snack shop. My daughter didn’t even bother with the arcade as she was having so much fun with the other attractions, and we stayed about 2 hours. It is geared for younger children, and on the day we went it was not that crowded so that probably helped. I think if you go when they first open on the weekends, you have a better chance of experiencing everything. Since all the toys/play things are of the “please touch” type I would also recommend bringing your anti-bac hand gel and dosing liberally especially if there during flu season, though the place did appear very clean (including the restrooms). We will definitely go back! This is a great find for us!

I think this place is perfect for a rainy day or a cold day. I wouldn't go on a nice day, the park would be a nicer place to go. Perfect for kids to get rid of some energy without getting bored. The price is right.

The kids will spend hours here while you sit and relax. Parents don't pay and kids are cheap! And the price paid is good for the whole day. This is a great place any day but especially nice on rainy days!

Kidz Village offers an indoor playground experience for children. The exterior of the room is divided into different "rooms" with themes (supermarket, diner, house, movie theater) and a large crawl-through maze. The interior has some play cars and booths at which you can eat (you can't bring food in and must purchase from the cafe at the rear of the building). There is a small but fun arcade in a wing.My friend and I met with our 3.5 year olds (boy and girl). They loved the diner and supermarket rooms. The toys and sets were surprisingly beat up for an establishment that charges for entrance. I understand that anything used by children will get "well loved", but basic cleanliness and organization are a bit lacking. The food is good for a play zone, and fairly priced. However, the short-staffing issue makes dining a challenge. Plan to anticipate when your child will be hungry and begin ordering about 40 minutes before that. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes without any staff person in sight. I then went to the front counter and was told by the teen employee that "yea, she's on a break and will be back". Another 15 minutes later that came true, and 15 minutes after that we were served our pizza. We spent about 2.5/3 hours and felt completely satisfied with our $10 entrance fee. It was a lovely time on a rainy afternoon. That said, skimping on staffing and cleanliness isn't appropriate at a child play zone.

Tons of great stuff for kids to do for a reasonable price. There's a mini arcade, lego station, grocery store with kidsize shopping carts, beauty salon, and a section with slides. In addition, friendly staff, which is always a plus. I planned on staying an hour and that quickly turned into 3 hours.

I took my 3 grandchildren there about a week ago on a weekend. For a place thaqt was busy I was impressed on how clean the place was. I always first check the bathrooms and if they are not clean then we will not stay. Needless to say we were there for 4 hrs. They had a great time in the castle and on the slides & tubes. We had lunch there and the food was great.. This is a good place to go on a cold winter day. We will be back

I brought my three little cousins and they had the best time.. They loved going in the tunnels and down the slides. I was impressed on how clean the place was even the bathroom. The restaurants food was priced well and the pizza was delicious. Will definitely be back the kids back!

The emergency exit doors at Kidz Village being hard wired to the alarm system is a safety BONUS not a safety concern. All children entertainment centers and business in general have emergency exit doors as required by the fire department. You should worry about the places that the kids could walk out the emergency exit doors and there is NO sound. If someone touches the doors at KV an alarm sounds, employees go to that door to make sure everything is okay. There is not a place I know of that has an employee at all their emergency exit doors. That would not be feasible. We also have cameras throughout the facility with monitors at the front desk and management office.

Love this place. I bring my 6 year old daughter and she loves it. Great place to take the kids and burn off energy with minimum work from me. Don't forget your socks because then you have to buy it from the counter.

I took my grandchildren to Kidz Village hoping for an hour or two of fun. The age range is "10 and under"...4 and under would be more appropriate. Although it was not very busy, the staff was pretty much absent and no one was checking on any of the rooms. The theater was dark and silent, the shooting balls were mostly broken, and the grocery store was a complete mess with ratty looking boxes, and plastic containers with no lids. My grandchildren (5 and 6) we're ready to leave after 30 minutes! At $10 per child, I would say try something else, this place is NOT worth it! Oh, you can spend much more on so-so pizza and video games...once was enough for this family!
