squam lakes natural science center

We go to this zoo every year in the summer when we stay at Squam Lake. It is laid out really well and fun to walk around and see the animals, birds and reptiles. The black bear are some of our favorites. Kids will love it. It is a nice break from the water sports going on at the lake.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review! The newest exhibit this year is the Gordon Interactive Playscape; A Predator-Prey Adventure. It is located next to the children's center on the trail and will be like a natural jungle gym where visitors play the role of a red squirrel searching for food. New Hampshire residents actually get a reduced admission of just $5 the first Saturday in May (May 2 this year) or become a member a get free admission every day.
