Depending on hows working, employees can be snippy or quick to push you through the line especially if they notice a friend in line. Snacks are good. Prices of course are high but all movie places are. The seating seemed pretty clean.

We live in Lakeville and will goto movies here but ANY chance we get, Paragon Odyssey 15 will ALWAYS be our 1st choice.!

The high back seats in this theater are some of the most comfortable around and they rock!! (just like your recliner)

Went Thursday evening and was the only couple in the theatre! That is awesome! No lines, no talking, no disturbance. Excellent theatre for super screen and comfy seats. The restrooms are clean and stocked. The concession is tidy and varied.The service is friendly, fast and efficient. This is the only theatre We will catch a movie at.

Many movies are offered at this theater. The theaters are large, well ventilated, seats comfortable, good snacks, and the staff are very helpful. I am not from the cities, but have taken my family there on visits several times. Certainly recommend it.

This theater is like no other I have been in. It is comfy and clean and also beautiful. I can't help but take in the Greek statues around the place.

Paragon is right by our home. Although it is a little on the pricey side, the staff is very friendly.

The Paragon Odyssey is the perfect example of what an American movie theater should be. I used to live in Germany where you could buy excellent beer or wine at the movie theater and enjoy it along with your movie. I thought it made it a much more fun experience and always wished theaters in America would follow such a practice. The Paragon has a very nice bar upstairs which is a great place to enjoy a few appetizers and a drink before the movie, or if we're not ready to go home yet, we have a drink after the movie before we leave. There are some individual theaters on the upper level where you can take drinks into the movie, but we have not utilized them. My husband and I will not go to any other theater in the area for date night. The prices seem comparable to other local theaters.

The place seems to be always understaffed and the popcorn/drink prices are way too high. After 3 poor experiences in a row, I now only go the Lakeville Muller theater where the popcorn is actually made on-site and they have enough staff to get waited on in a reasonable amount of time.

the seats are comfortable. the popcorn good.. and no matter were you sit you get a good view of the movie. however we found sitting in the very back row is the best. combo your drink and popcorn for the best value. try to hit the matinee again better value. turn your phone off.. and enjoy who you are with and the movie

My girlfriends and I love to go here for a girls night out - we have an appetizer and a drink before the show and bring one in with us to our reserved seats. It is great to walk right in before the movie and know you have a great spot and a great beverage!

Horrible food, prices, and SERVICE! Tried to talk with a manager about the food that we received being burnt to only be ignored and had no apology from them. We were told that was how the food comes when we asked for it to be sent back only for it to come back worst.

First few times I went to see a movie there, it was great. Recently went to see Star Trek, and a regression in service was noted. My wife and I went yesterday (Memorial Day) to see a movie. There were no employees in the box office, self serve only. Wife went to complain about that, but said there was a long line at the snack bar, with 2 employees. We walked out without seeing the movie. We likely would have spent 50 dollars there. Snooze you lose. What ever happened to customer service?I know it's all about profit these days, but I'm old enough to know that customers were number 1 in times past.This place was a 5 star in my book previously, but only average now.Take note Paragon Odyssey 15 in Burnsville Mn. You'll likely only get one more chance from us. We have spent hundreds of dollars there, with Christmas gift cards and all the last 3 years. One more experience like yesterday, and you'll never get another penny from us.

Decent beer list here and the food is decent as well. Don't expect fast service though as it seems they are usually understaffed.

This was the first time going to this movie theatre. I was pleasantly surprised that on the second floor they have a cocktail lounge. This was nice since we got there early and had time to kill. The couches in the lounge are nice and you can also order food. We just came from dinner so we didn't try the food but next time we will. They also have VIP which means for a couple of the movies you can have drinks and food served to you while you watch the show and sit on couches. Unfortunately the movie we were seeing wasn't playing where VIP was offered. I will on my next visit try the food and the VIP seating. The regular seats were very comfortable and I really liked this theatre.
