If you're looking for a nice place to go for lunch with friends or impress your date this is the place. Had the southwest salad topped with a nice tender, aged flank steak mid-rare. Added some crumbled blue cheese which elevated the flavor to amazing. Great service with smiles all around. A must try!

The gardens and golf course at Baywood are gorgeous. I don't golf, but I come here at least once a year for lunch or dinner at the Clubhouse and just sit and enjoy the atmosphere. In good weather, I highly recommend getting a seat out on the veranda. The food is reasonably priced, always of good quality and the service has always been excellent. The staff are friendly and welcoming. While visiting, don't forget to drive around the neighborhood and look at all the landscaping. Also, in the clubhouse, you can climb to the top to get 360 degree view of Baywood. Great getaway for a nice afternoon while at the beach....

I hate to have to write another execellent review.. But, in fact, this seems to be the best place that everyone I have taken there has told me they WANT TO COME BACK. It's actually the finest place to go if you want that experience at the beach. Most people just go to the regular crowded restaurants in Rehoboth Beach and want that Summer experience. But, if you're staying the whole week, you might want to try out something more refined and less anxious and spend a evening at Baywood Greens.. it's only six miles from Route 1 on Route 24 (Left turn before Long Neck Road). I have had many friends, from PA, NJ, NYC, VA and DC who especially loved going to this extravangant restaurant over the winter and even during the summer months. It's totally top notch and not totally overboard expensive at all. Expect the nice things like wonderful service.. Lamb, Prime Rib, Tenderloin, etc. with great bread and untypical appetizers.. It's a nice place to have a comfortable dinner... There is also a great bar area where you can eat too.. It's absolutely wonderful.. so check it out if you are bored at the tacky beach restuarant selections.. this place works year round and offers great specials during the winter months.. like prime rib, fahitas (sp).. Oh.. and lots of special drinks too..

Each year 10 of us get together for golf on the eastern shore. The course was in spectacular shape as usual with the usual abundance of beautiful flowers our only complaint was that we had to car path only to many holes we understand the four par 3's to to add I believe another four makes a tiring day after a long car drive after a long drive from home. Before teeing off we all had lunch before the round most had the burger and I had the veggie panini we were all very happy with our choices. We sat outside on the veranda with a spectacular view of the grounds. After the round we then had dinner for appetizers a few of us selected the Stuffed Zucchini flowers that were excellent. Several others selected the New England Clam Chowder which everyone agreed was great. For our main entree several choose the crab cakes which were excellent and full of crab-meat and not filling. Several had the Filet Mignon and all agreed that it was excellent and cooked to order as was the New York Strip. As one of my sides I choose the corn fritters which were excellent. For dessert they have a unique offering of a small portion of either Apple Pie Parfait, Key Lime Pie or Brownie Sundae all were great and just enough after a large meal. Service was excellent with not a miscue on the 10 orders.

A really beautiful course, with superb gardening and interesting, bunker protected greens. The condition of the course was excellent, and staff members helpful and nice. And the restaurant was a great place to end our not too well played round.

From The moment my nephew and I exited the car til we left the course , it was a spectacular day allbeit very soggy conditions! Staff Loved working there and it showed. The lady in the small consession stand couldn't have been nicer. Now the course. In spite of over 2.5 " of rain not four hours before, the course drained amazingly well. this course with out a doubt was one of the nicest courses i have ever played. Greens were about 11.5 on the stimp meter. My nephew Zach (amatuer Landscape Architect) couldn't get over how every hole was Landscaped. The course was was fair but difficult. You are punished for not keeping it in the fairway but you could still salvage par! This course will be in the top 100 in the counrty someday when word gets out. Bring your "A" game :-) .

I think the owner gave the landscapers an unlimited budget, and they exceeded it!And I am not joking. This is an absolutely gorgeous golf course, restaurant, wedding and resort destination, and vacation property! Has to one of the best on the Atlantic Coast!

Baywood Greens with it's award winning golf course is located just minutes from the beaches and busy Rt1 with all it's great dining and hotels. I can't wait for holes 19 through 27 to open . The Club House seems to be a great place for Wedding Receptions.

Just played this course last week and it was in excellent condition. It was well landscaped and maintained, carts GPS equipped and the club house tasteful and inviting. All the staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly. I would have no second thoughts recommending this course to anyone.
