I want to add to my previous review. Spinner fall is one of the smaller guide services on the Green. The owner guides all season long, and has a small handpicked group of guides working under his constant supervision. Several of the bigger guide services book all the trips they can, and bring in other guides that are in the area as the demand increases. With Spinnerfall you will always get a guide who works only for them, and meets their standard of hard work, fishing knowledge, and a friendly relaxed approach to the client catching fish and having a great experiance.Their specialty is dry fly fishing, and they know what they are doing. You will not be set up with a nymph rig and a balloon unless that is what you want. Most of the other services will only float the A section because it is the most accessible, but Spinnerfall will be happy to show you the B and C sections of the river. There are not as many fish in those sections but the average trout is bigger, and they have had clients cath fish up to inches 32 inches on a dry fly in the lower sections. This water holds the trout of a lifetime.Your flies will be supplied. They will tie every knot, give you casting tips, and help you with line handling and playing the fish. And untangling a leader that has turned into a birds nest is all part of the deal. It is not uncommon for them to row you back up river to sneek up on pocket water below a boulder or to drift a good run several times. You will also be provided a great shore lunch and beverages. But the main thing is you will spend a enjoyable day with guides who care about your experience, love what they do, and are good at it.

We went out with guides 2 days and had a wonderful trip. We caught lots of fish, had a great lunch and the scenery was breathtaking. The guides were Colby and Jeremy---we have fished other places with guides and didn't really enjoy our trips. Colby and Jeremy went above and beyond to make the days perfect. Lots of instruction, help with tangles, information about the area and both cooked a great lunch...These are the guides to ask for....

My son and I had an absolute blast, and an unforgettable weekend with Spinner Fall. Everything was just like advertised on their web site, and our guides were extremely knowledgable and fun. When you take trips like this, obviously you want to catch a lot of fish. Our guides truly did care about us and our experience on the river, and they worked hard to get us fish and tell us about the area. It was the best guided fishing trip I have ever been on, and would recommend Spinner Fall's guided trip on the Green.
