Great place for a day trip without leaving town. Love the scenery, the feeling that you are way back in the country and you are near town!!

plenty of open spaces, beautiful lake and walking trails. A must ride on the train when operating. Feed the ducks if you like. A meandering stream also runs thru the park with plenty of picnic spots and tables. Also, pavillions are available for use with reservations.

This is a great place to take pictures. We love the bike trails too. Good for walking and also picnics together. The kids love the small train in the summers. It's a pretty place to go when you want to get outside. Worth the trip

This a great place for a family outing. They have a train that travels through the park, fishing, a nature center, picnic areas. Our grandson loves the train and caught his first fish there also. we try to get a walk there every time we visit the area.

This park is full of fun for all ages. Whether you like walking, biking, running, hiking, paddle boating or just sitting and taking it all in this park has all of that and more. They have a nature center where you can view the local wildlife and learn about their habitat. You can fish for bass & bluegill year round, or just watch the ducks and geese glide easily across the water. Play a round of golf if you like. Definitely a family favorite.

Steele Creek Park is located in Bristol, TN. It is a beautiful park with a little something for everyone, young or old! You can fish, paddle boat, chase geese, get great photos of mountains and reflections on the water, ride a small train, bike ride, hike trails, have a picnic, play in a creek, let the kids slide and swing on a playground, play volleyball, sometimes there are scheduled events like making bird houses! There is a "beach house", plenty of shelters for cooking out, or just walking and talking with a friend. What a wonderful place to visit in the Birthplace of Country music!!
