natchez hills vineyard

This place is great. We originally found it by purchasing a Groupon. We got to meet the owners and the wine maker. They are so down to earth and welcoming. We really liked their Riesling and are looking forward to trying their new releases. They also have events where they have music, food, and fun. Those are great as well. They don't normally have food available, but they do for those occasions.

This was our 2nd winery on a weekend tour in the area. When we walked in, the reception was not very cordial. We were asked what we wanted to try, without much introduction to wines available. I did not know what to try, but felt like we were imposing to ask for other samples from the lady who was at the counter. The man who was there, however, went to print out restaurants to try in the area...a very nice thing to do. The wines were not phenomenal, but were OK. There was an event the next day that had music and food, which would probably have been nice. Will try again another trip. Did not expect vineyards to be at there most beautiful this time of year, but were well maintained and buildings were nice.

we had our wedding at the winery in the vineyard on Oct 26, 2013 and this place was so beautiful in the fall! the were very accommodating on everything. very nice people that own it and they wont hesitate to let you taste the wine and show you how they make it. its right off of 412 and its so peaceful i could stay there for weeks just relaxing outside in the vineyard. without them our wedding couldn't of went so smoothly thanks guys :)

This is an exquisitely beautiful property, growing first-class grapes and producing top-notch wine. This is not a typical local winery in any aspect. First, the grounds and buildings are breathtaking. It is all best quality, clean, neat and no corners were cut. Second, the music hall is fabulous and so unexpected! Next, the grapes being grown are not the often-seen Chambourcin, but rather are those found in Italy and France. I highly, highly recommend a little day trip here. Jim will educate you and treat you well, as well as give you a great tasting of their wines!

It was nice driving down the entrance road and observing the grapes on the well groomed vines. We noticed ladies working on the vines and the rows were well manicured. This place has a very welcoming appearance..We also found a nearby geocache

Wow talk about a great experience learning about wine and sampling the fruitful labors. The owner Jim is the best we have experienced so far at a winery. We got a chance to get in the vineyard and see and taste the grapes. Then a chance to get behind closed doors and see the rest of the story. Great visit.

We visit about once every 3-4 weeks from Huntsville for Nashville Unleashed. (90 minute drive). Dinner and 2 hour show is $25-$40 and the nicest people and great talent. Intimate venue, meet everyone after the show. Music range is folk, country, bluesy, soft rock. Be prepared to be amazed

My fiancé and I found Natchez Hills while exploring the wineries around Hampshire and were blown away by not only the personal experience that Jim & Karen gave us as soon as we walked in the doors but also by their incredible merlot, which is one of my favorites I've ever come across. The location is somewhat out of the way for Nashvillians but that makes it all the more special for a little getaway or a Sunday drive - it's definitely worth the time to explore the grounds and have a memorable tasting. Love it!An added bonus is the entertainment that they provide on Saturday nights - an all acoustic "living room" show that you really can't find anywhere else. Definitely a "must see" as well!!!

They are just getting started but are off on the right foot. Lovely grounds, lovely vines, and beautiful entertainment facility. Anxious to taste their wines from the grapes grown at the vineyard in a few years!

Beautiful vineyard and tasting room. Great live music. This would be a great place to have your wedding or family gathering. They have a B&B near by that you can stay at. There are two other winery's in the area you can visit too. All of them are great
