they pick up trash but slot machine not cleaned . Please! need city investigate it , worker work like 80 years old .maintain slot machine like: I used to come there for playing therefore I know a lot slot machine insert club cards is error , if you call them for fixing it , they just came and temporary fix , if you remove the card , and put itback it will happen again . about a month still no fixed.maintainace ever see other casino

We got free play for staying at the hotel. Casino was clean. Nice variety of slots.not all the slots accept the free play - it would be helpful if that was clear.

Machines don't work very well... We ran in just to say we gambled! The place is rather cheesy, and dark.

Many slots are OK. There are few table games. Many locals sit at machines without playing.that slows play.

Having been to a number of casinos, we were impressed that this one was very clean and wasn't loaded with old out of date slots. On the contrary, they had many new games. Worth the stop if you're in the area.

The casino was medium sized compared to those in Oklahoma and Louisiana. Didn't spend a lot of money but enjoyed the diversion.

The ceilings are low are low in this casino. As soon as you open the door, the smoke smell hits you in the face. Found multiple machines had problems - missing buttons, etc. Had to even have a service person help retrieve my cashout ticket twice on one machine. Took $40 in to play and walked out with $35. Have heard that the restaurant is very good, however we didn't stay to try it out!

Stayed at the RV park associated with Ute Mountain Casino. As this was just a two night stop over on the way to Arizona we didn't have very high expectations. What a surprize it became when we realize how pleasant the RV park actually was. Although, it was located directly behind the Casino and Hotel it was peaceful and well patrols by security. The sites while not real level was large enough for even the largest of RV Rigs. As an added benefit you are provided us a $5 dollar coupon to come into the Casino for some fun. Not being much for gambling, we just play the $5 each day we where there, the wife managed to win $65 which darn near cover the RV campsite. All in All it was an enjoyable place to stay as we explored the four corners area.

We stopped here and stayed at the hotel over night on a trip. The casino is clean the restaurant was good and the parking area was well lit and secure. The gift shop inside the casino has pendelton products at about the same price as their outlet and an excellent selection. Drawback was that the staff in the gift shop never even spoke to us or offered us help. They were too busy visiting with one another. So we didn't purchase anything.

Food was delicious, portions were huge, price was reasonable, and people were great. The one thing that some might consider a drawback is the continuous sound of the casino in the background. However, it's a muted noise and, at least for me, easy to ignore.

We were in area visiting/exploring the Ute Tribal Park (cliff dwellings) & decided to spend the night at the casino resort . Once we checked in we were so happy with the staff and our room that we actually decided to stay an extra night. The room was very clean & quiet. We stayed in the non smoking section and had no problems with any smell. We ate in the restaurant from the menu and enjoyed all of our meals. The food was fresh and the service was fast. My kids enjoyed the pool, sauna, & hot tub, while I got some needed rest and relaxation. Although we were not there for the casino, they did offer a smoke free area as well as smoking section. There was a large selection of slots and other games. Sorry can't say much more about that.

Liked the choice of smoke free gaming area. The choice of slotswas surprising and comparable to those found on The Strip inLas Vegas.

This was a fun stop out near Mesa Verde. The only down side to the experience for me was that the facility is not non-smoking. Other than that, it is a cute oasis in the desert where you can have a little gaming fun and get up to snap photos of an amazing nearby national park. The staff was friendly and professional, the facility itself was tidy and well kept, there were all manner of games available including some craps, blackjack and a plethora of slots and video poker. I broke even which is amazing since we spent several hours there. I didn't try the food, hotel or the RV park soo this is strictly about the casino portion of the facility.

As far as gaming goes I LOVE Ute Mountain Casino... and always leave "up"... the food is horrid, and tastes like someone opened a can.
