Sometimes that image gets lost because people are so focused up in the trees zipping and wobbling through the park they don't take a minute to notice the surroundings around them. Hello, Thank you for your review. Excellent job making it through all of our courses, that is a great accomplishment. Our park is all about safety, our guides are very friendly but when it comes to keeping our guests safe they are all business! In order for our customers to have fun up in the trees they must be made aware of how safe they are up in the trees and how quick our guides can assist them or help lower them off a course if need be. Safety First! We are sorry for the lack of knowledge regarding directions, some of our inside staff are young and not familiar with surrounding areas : ) Thank You

Hello, Thank you for your review. We are happy to hear that you and your son had a fun time on our Junior adult course. Most people think that the "Junior " adult course will be easy since it is the Junior course but in reality the Junior adult course is the first 4 Adult courses out of the 6 that we offer. We basically just eliminate the last 2 courses because they can be pretty tough for kids in that age bracket. You guys did a great job completing the Junior adult course and we encourage you to come back and defeat all 6 courses next time around : ) Thank You

Sometimes we do get people who might say our park is a little pricey once they walk into our welcome center but when they leave after 3 1/2 - 4 1/2 hours later they come in saying that it was the best money they spent on their vacation! We are always offering discounted rates as well, so our prices always range from $35-$50 which comes with a ton of play value up in the trees. Our guides are always on the ground ready to help and assist all of our customers, whatever they can do to make your experience a great one they are willing and able to do.
