refrigerators were awesome as always - we follow the band and love when they play vapor = casino is always fun

I keep trying to like this place as I love to play the slots. It just doesn't have the feel of a good casino. It's crowded, dark, noisy and looks tired. Shouldn't be that old. Bars have an odor and worn feel. A poor cover for a great harness track.

The building and fixtures seem to get all of the profits. People leaving were not happy and walking through the casino to the buffet showed me why. The machines were not paying bonuses like the same machines in Las Vegas. There were some decent video poker pay schedules for this type of place, but I did not go back for a second meal or visit event though I was in the area for a week.

We received two $20.00 vouchers from our hotel. So we decided to go to the casino. Well I was up a little I redeemed my money. So we made a little money which wasn't bad.

Just wait till the new casino opens up in Schenectady will be having a run for their money trying to get people coming back to the casino people will be flocking to the new casino in Schenectady

This is one of the cleanest and fresh smelling casinos I have been in mostly because there was no one smoking which made for a much better environment. The only downside was the lack of table games.

This is the worst casino I've ever been in. The slot machines are too big for the floor space and they were tighter than a drum. All the while I played (about 3 hours) there was only one announcement of a winner. NOTHING was hitting. The fast food restaurant is under staffed and filthy. I saw only one beverage server in the three hours who whizzed right by patrons and didn't even offer any drinks. It's a sad state of affairs especially since I live only an hour away. Won't be going back any time soon. Their loss This is what you get when an establishment is state run. Saratoga is a lovely city and has a lot to offer but the casino is NOT one of them. Don't bother going..

Worst casino I have ever been in..wait staff on gaming floor loud and rude. Buffet food discusting , restauraunt itself was under staffed and fithy from the tables to the floors. And to top it off o saw no one winning anything worth talking about and it was my 3 rd trip there...3 times and I am done, been to Vegas and many casinos out there. Rather go up to awkansenee to the north...more fun and the opposite of Saratoga . Save your money and time folks !

I go to this casino because it is closest to my home. They have a decent variety of slot machines and a few electronic table games. I am a video poker player and the selection here is poor as is the payouts. I enjoy playing VP at the bar but not at this place. The bar is only 8 seats that is crammed into a super small area and it is always packed since it is the only bar in the casino. If I am lucky enough to get a seat to play video poker and want to have a drink, I am usually ignored by the bartenders and always have people hanging all over you trying to get a drink. It is the worst bar I have ever seen. While I was there Saturday night, there were three bartenders tripping over each other in the small bar area and I was still ignored! They were joking around with the "locals", yelling across the bar at each other while people were standing there trying to order drinks. When you finally do get a drink and leave a tip, they rush over and grab it without even a thank you! Unbelievable to me. I have been in many, many, many casinos all over the US and I have never seen anything as bad as this. And it's not like they are giving the drinks away because they are not. You are paying top dollar for drinks no matter how much you gamble. The other complaint I have is about the players' club. The rewards are terrible. You can play and play and you get nothing in return. They give me a lousy $5.00 free play and I go there often.The food is another disappointment. The food in the buffet is awful and in the food court as well. Those are pretty much your only choices unless you go upstairs to the disgusting simulcast racing and there is a little snack bar way in the back which has a decent sandwich. The bathrooms up there are old and run down, the sinks don't work and they are dirty and need remodeling. I think they are the original bathrooms since they opened the place. There is a bar upstairs but again the bartenders cater to the locals who have their racing sheets spread all over the place. Again good luck in getting a drink.This casino needs a lot of work and better management. I can't wait for the new casino to be opened in Schenectady it will be full service and I won't have to go to this joke of a casino anymore.One good thing I can say is the valet parking guys are great.

First thing first, I can care less about VLT betting. I actually feel it is insulting to the human mind. With that said I do feel they did an outstanding job with this establishment. It is always clean well staffed and has a nice energy level. So I hate VLT`s so why do I go? Let my friends press buttons and cross their fingers. I like to head upstairs to what I feel is one of the best simulcast horse betting parlors outside of your high end casinos. They offer betting on practically every horse track running(sorry no dog racing). It is very spacious and has its own bar with very professional bartending. The food here is also really decent. The buffet is always a bargain and almost half price if you are a club member I hear. The staff is very friendly and easy to locate. This is a nice place for a group of friends to hit up for an hour or so and you can split up and do your own thing. I also hear that Vapor`s nightclub is fantastic though I have never been. All in all definitely worth checking out.

Asian section OK. Italian terrible. Salad section OK.carving section OK. Wait staff good. I would like to see mazzone catering operate this venue.

This is a fun place if you love slot machines! A wide variety of slot machines, nice food choices, very clean, easy to get to. Great if you are looking for something different to do. GET A PLAYERS EXTRA CARD-no cost and we saved 50% off of our meal at the buffet and got free coffee/soda while playing.

This casino is a "racino" - no table games, just slots. It was fun for a couple of hours of entertainment after dinner on a Saturday night!

This 'casino' is located at the venerable harness racing track in Saratoga. It is all slot machines; no other gambling. No table games. Not what I would call a casino at all!

I liked the amount of games to play and also enjoyed Vapor nightclub..I disliked the amount of points I earned after losing alot..
