alfred shaker museum

Like several other Shaker Museums, many of the buildings are owned by others and in use, but the Alfred Museum was apparently recently opened to care for and exhibit important holdings from this community. It is run by volunteers, and is two rooms very worth enjoying. You can also go on some short walks to see the rest of the buildings, and the cemetery. This is really worth a stop.
