pioneer park

Took the family to the park to run off extra energy and everyone was happy. There is a nice new play area for kids. The park was clean and there are bathrooms on location. Park was full of people enjoying the walking trail, creek and dog park. For the dogs there are different fenced areas for dogs of different sizes to run off leash.

I haven't been in awhile because the playground was outdated. But when I went this summer I saw that they have a new playground that is closer to the picnic area and the kiddos have a great time. There is plenty of room to picnic, a walking area, and a dog park. Great for dogs and kids. Bathrooms are also on location.

Nice, clean, places for kids to play, take reservations for the shelter. There is a dog park for fido. Plenty of room in the shelter for a big party

Pioneer Park is a small park around a creek that is part of the flood control system. There's space for tennis, dog walking, 2 baseball diamonds, parties, walking and plenty of shade trees. I actually love to watch how the heavy rains are managed, much better out of the banks of the creek and into the park than into homes, businesses and railroad lines nearby.

The dog park here, in addition to a great regular park area, has a small dog area that is separate and one meets the nicest people! Spend a few hours and explore. Restrooms are decent and there are soft drink machines available.

Could be a great park but occasional floods can cause havoc. It is along side a busy highway and it is noisy. However, it could be great but it does not appear possible due to nature.

This is a great place to walk, ride a bike, or picnic. Usually the creek gently meanders through the center of the park. When it rains very hard however it is a different story.The park is prone to flash floods. During heavy rains, the creek quickly spills it's banks, and floods the entire park!It does not happen often, but if a heavy rain starts while you are there, i would suggest not taking a nap in your car!

The dog park and walking trails were great There is a large creek for the dogs to play in and lots of grass and places to relax with your dog

It's just a small park along a very busy highway. Too noisy, but convenient. A lot of people walk their dogs, so I guess it is good for that.

Want to take your dog to a great dog park? Pioneer Park is awesome, when its open. When is it open? Who knows. Sometimes its open and there are a lot of dogs at the dog park. Sometimes its closed for no apparent reason. Sometimes its open and its abandoned.

Great Dog Park. Could use some TLC. It also has a great running track and picnic area for your family.

We used to take our dog to there all the time. The people and dogs were very friendly.

Love the walking/bike trail. Great dog park. Good place to picnic. Fun to play baseball here or just watch. The park was nice and clean

Use the dog parks all the time - they are fantastic and always hopping with other people and dogs!
