The whole family had a lot of fun, worth every penny. The guide was funny and was very knowledgeable. Good family fun, and how many times can you drive a boat on land/ or float a car across the river.

Our son was home from being deployed to Iraq and we took his new wife along with our family and did the ride. It was so much fun and inexpensive. It doesn't last a very long time, so it is a good time for all, and can even entertain those who generally don't go for these types of tour rides. You get a lot of knowledge of the area in the ride and being in the water and also on land is fun along with the quacking noise maker if you choose to use it. You can't go wrong, it's a fun time for young and old.

Ride the Ducks is a great way to get a fun and unique tour of the city. Make sure you have the energy to enjoy the quirks of your tour guide. The tour guide was hilarious, fun, knowledgeable, and environmentally conscious. We loved every minute of it, and will recommend it We all received free duck noise maker souvenirs. It was a cool rainy day wish we could have went on a warmer day!

Ride the Ducks was fun and entertaining, but did not last long enough. The employees are extremely friendly. I like to try new things so if you are on vacation, I would definitely ride the ducks.

We bought this as part of a package with aquarium admission package. It felt expensive and like most attractions they try to upset at every turn. The ride was well worth it! The guide and driver did a fantastic job. The Ohio River gave a chance to really fell like we rode an amphibious vehicle. We had a great time, quack, quack, quack.

We took the haunted ducks tour and while not really scary found it interesting and fun. Got to see downtown (once is enough) and go on the river which was very cool. Captain was very professional and host was enthusiastic. Safety was not a concern at all. Everyone gets a duck call to blow and the kids use them quite a bit so be prepared. I think kids love the ride so its worth the noise .If you are looking for a extensive " blue hair" history tour this one is not for you.

this attraction is good just for one time and also if you visit Cincinnati for the first time.It shows you the downtown and a little (I hope more) of the Ohio River.I think the price is good for the 45 min that you spend in this trip. I wish you can do something longer but it was fun!!! The guide was funny and the songs with the whistle make your day awesome! It is a good trip of anyone (from 2 to 100 years old).

As a previous duck rider in other cities, this ride did not disappoint. Our captain and guide both did their very best to point out historic and prominent points of interest during the tour. The guide was also quite the entertainer, she needs a raise. Would ride again in a heartbeat.

FINALLY made it to Newport On The Levee to Ride The Ducks! Other than the painfully slow process of buying tickets, what a GREAT time! It's always cool to see Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky from the water, and it's even cooler when the Captain and the guide are genuinely wanting you to have a good time. Loved the bits of history as we went along too. Go do it...you won't regret it!

A very njoyable little tour via the river and streets in Newport and Cincinnati. Born and Raised here but learn thing I didn't know. Worth taking at least once. Lots of things to do and see around the pick up area in "newport ofn the Levee" resturants, shops and great easy parking.

We did the tour over Labor Day weekend on Saturday. I called and reserved our time for the duck boat tour and was also able to get our aquarium tickets at the same time. Once you get there you go to the welcome center close to the aquarium and pick up your tickets. They had 4 boats going that day, I'm not sure if it is always like that. They ran on the hour and half hour and also 1 minute after the hour and half hour...so 10:00, 10:01, 10:30, 10:31. They advised us to be there about 15 minutes before your tour time. Before you get on the boat, there is a photo op in front of the boat ($20 for the package - I think it was a sheet of photos and 2 keychains, we didn't purchase- but not a bad deal). You get a quacker when you get on, which most of the people joined in the silliness. You go across the bridge to Cincinnati, then get in the water for about 20 minutes, then back on land for a little tour through downtown, then back across the bridge for a little tour around Newport on the way back to the duck stop. Our 6 year old was nervous about getting in the water, but he was fine when he realized there wasn't going to be big waves. We didn't get wet, but we were sitting in the back, I think there might be a chance of getting wet if your are in the front. It is better to sit closer to the front, because we couldn't hear everything that our guide was telling us about the city. Other than that it was lots of fun, been wanting to do one for a long time. Enjoy being silly and quack along with the songs they play and have a great time.

I've been wanting to do this on many trios to Cincy. We finally got to do it! The website said tours ran until 5 p.m.However, the time we wanted to ride was booked- 4:00. I was sad until she said there were more tours and that they judge the time they stop taking passengers on the flow of the day. I was just slightly disappointed by this because we couldn't get on the boat until 6:30. Had I known that we could've planned to do other things between time. Not to mention we were trying to avoid the rain. Didn't happen! But we still sailed and had a really nice time. Zach and our captain Pete were hilarious! You get quakers to engage in the obnoxiousness!! Love it. The history you learn of the city is great too. You don't get wet at all when you splash in the river. So don't worry about that. I do feel its pricey bur whatever. It's fun for folks of every age. So advice, buy online to see the schedule or call them to check ahead of time.

This was definitely a different kind of tour. It was a lot of fun and there was a lot of history provided without feeling like you were at a museum. Be prepared to have everyone staring at you because you are on a bus (and a boat) and you have a duck quacker that you quack at everyone :) Great time for all, not just kids!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful ride on the Duck! Our driver and guide were very nice and full of information. The tour is about 45 minutes and travels on land and sea. This activity is for all ages. There were many little kids on the boat as well as adults. I recommend this to everyone who visits Newport.

Tour guides are great, interactive & just make for a very fun 45 min. The combo price with the aquarium is a great deal and make for a fun day. Book duck tour time first as they fill up quick.
