Convenient place to rent a slip for leaving your boat overnight and fish cleaning station right there. We put in at the former Alligator I ramp just a short boat ride away because it is less busy. Then we operate out of Alligator II. The grill is very handy for good basic food, ice, gas etc. There are also cabins with covered porches and swings that look out over the lake. Also a small playground lakeside. Very relaxing place to have fun with your loved ones!

I went there to rent a fishing boat and met some unbelievable people with heart and passion. The first person I met, left a lasting impression on me to such a degree that I will personally ask for him on my next trip down there, and that is SEAN. I had just parked in the Handicap spot and have a mobility scooter which was disassembled in the back of our vehicle, along with my fishing gear, and Sean was like a angel that appeared out of the blue. He took my scooter out and put it back together, then loaded all my fishing gear, and helped me to the boat, set up my gear, including a trolling motor, set up the personal safety equipment, wearable and throw life preservers, then assisted me into the Marina to sign the rental agreement, and even there, I was treated so kindly by the staff behind the counter, then Sean assisted me back to the boat. Terry and Dustin were also very helpful with their assistance. I left with such a feeling that I was only there to rent a fishing boat for two days, but the employees were so good to me by going out of their way to make sure I was all set in every way. The owners should know that due to people like Sean, and the others, it made me decide right there and then that I got treated like a King while I was only their for a boat, and that on my next trip later this year, I will stay at their resort and rent a boat and give them all of my business in the future. Again, thank you Sean for being such a help to me and all you did to assist me, and I really hope to get to see you again in the fall.
