body wellness massage school

Had a student massage scheduled the day before they called to say they double booked appt time could they reschedule. I Rescheduled the next day but told them I'd be 15-30 minutes late & the lady said that was fine. 10 min after appt time before I could call I get an UGLY phone call from Donna? Basically lecturing me re canceling on time, blah, blah. I was about to call to schedule a later appt that day with a regular therapist but not now!!! They missed out on a regular client & I will be sure & share this with my friends!!! Unacceptable & unprofessional!!!
