lost bridge marina-day rentals

We usually rent a pontoon boat and a jet ski each summer. We take the grandkids for the day and they love it.

We had a great time. Rented a boat for the day, only issue was the radio not working. If you need help, ask for josh, he was great :)

We reserved a large pontoon boat for a family of 12, the Friday we were booked to use the boat, it was pouring and the lake visibility was terrible. We had read and understood their cancellation policy, but the weather was out of everyone's control. They did refund our money which they had already taken out of our account the evening we booked. But they did it very hatefully as they threw the receipt across the counter to my husband. We asked if they had anything for the next day and were told "No, they were booked." Wow sure wasn't a way to have a customer want to return or write a good review. All they needed to do was smile and mention they hoped we booked with them again when the weather was better and that the next day was booked so that wouldn't work for us. BOY! We won't be going back!

Very nice time on the lake, until the end. I was able to reserve the 17 ft ski boat a couple of days before our trip. Easy check in, brought our own tube. Very pretty lake, cruised around some, tubed, cruised some more. About 45 minutes before we were due back on our 4 hour rental, we stopped to do more tubing, and the electrical system just totally went out. Fortunately I had brought my phone so we were able to call them, and we were pretty close by, so it only took them about 15 or 20 minutes to get there to tow us back. It turned out to be a starter problem, and they comped us the gas. I am guessing that it doesn't happen too often.Nice people, nice lake, nice time.
