We frequent this park with our toddler often, especially in the spring, summer, and fall seasons. There's a little something for all ages to enjoy here. The park itself overlooks a boat dock which is quite lovely. There are lots of benches or grassy areas to lay a blanket out and just enjoy the outdoors and the atmosphere of the park. There is plenty of open space for frisbee, soccer, a round of catch, and flying a kite. There are beautiful large trees which create nice shade for a picnic lunch. There are a few picnic tables and grills available as well, which we have utilized a few times now. The playground is one of our favorites as it caters to different age groups. There are two sections nice for little ones to climb and slide on and them another large section for older kids to play on. There is a swing set as well and plenty of seating for adults to supervise play. The park does have public restrooms down the hill by the parking lot, and there are water fountains as well I a few spots. During the spring, summer, early fall, the Promenade grill is open which is a great place to pick up lunch or have a snack. The food is really quite good and there are nice tables that they keep clean to eat at. During the summer we came at least once a week for a few hours to enjoy the park, walk the promenade Boardwalk, and eat lunch at the grill. It makes for a lovely day, without having to drive far from home to enjoy it. The promenade Boardwalk is fantastic as well. I love it for wearing out my active toddler before nap time. We actually still go down to walk it even during the winter. We watch boats, search for animals, talk to the ducks and squirrels, throw rocks into the water, visit the lighthouse..it's very intriguing to a toddler! I highly suggest a visit here if you are in the area just passing through and certainly if you live near by.

This 22 acre park sits at the top of the Chesapeake Bay. There is a lovely promenade that overlooks the river. There is a very nice war memorial on the property. It includes World War I and II as well as the Korean and Viet Nam Wars. There is a gazebo too. At this time of the year it is a nice, quiet place to stroll around.

The grass was bright green and to just look at the green against the deep brown of the old tree trunks was worth a short stop over. From here you can start walking the Promenade.Public restrooms are nearby.

This park affords a nice view of the marina & waterfront - a great area to take the family, or to sit & take a break from exploring the sights nearby!

Just happened to be in the area on a Friday night. They had the best free concert going on. We loved it. Always visit this great park when in town. The view is breathtaking

Set in the south end of Havre de Grace at the one end of the Promenade, this park is a place to relax and enjoy the day. An expansive area of grass with some intersecting walkways on a hill provides a spot for full views of the marina and the Bay. A good playground for the kids as well.

This is a beautiful spot on the water. The park is huge and has plenty of room.Also has great playground area. There are many spots for picnicking and hanging out by yourself or groups. The monuments to the veterns memorable.

Tydings Park is an excellent spot to have a picnic overlooking the beautiful meeting of the Susquehanna River and the Chesapeake Bay. There is lots of space for Frisbee tossing and the playground is big enough for many children to enjoy. There are restrooms nearby, as well as The Promenade Grill, which has excellent food -- especially the ice cream! During the summer months, there is free live music; bring a lawn chair, picnic and enjoy!

This park is near the Concord Point Lighthouse on Susquehanna river and it is a very nice area for a walk or relaxation. There are picnic tables and a place for children to play.

Wonderful equipment for kids of all ages. They have picnic tables and grills available. On the bay near the promenade.

Love the children's play area and open space where you can just sit or picnic. Great concerts during the summer.

My 3 year old son and I just visited this park. It is a very nice place, with a small boardwalk, and cute pebble beach that he loved. The water views are wonderful. It's just a very nice place for families in Harford County.

The park is at the end od Union st and provides access to the Decoy Museum on Chesapeake Bay. Very scenic

We stumbled on this after a late meal last weekend, 4th of July celebration was at 9:15. Decent fireworks for a small town, visible from just about everywhere.

Nice scenery, boardwalk, and seasonal events for the entire family. Playground area for the kids. Grills
