Nice get away ! put it on you list....Food was fresh, delicious and prepared perfectly.. Service was personal and professional. The wine is one of our top 5 in Maryland....Its is a nice Country get away!

I had a groupon here that expired and called to see what we could use the paid value for and they said not to worry, come on in, and they would issue the full groupon. I spoke to a woman named Debbie who was a little flighty on the phone, answering "hello" with children shouting in the background, but everything worked out in the end. We flew by it on the way thinking it was someone's house, which it really may be. It was raining, and we sat outside under the tin roof. The noise of the rain and the green pasture in the close distance were beautiful. Our groupon included: 8 wine tasting3 hors d'ouvres2 wine glasses to keepWe got all that expect we only got 2 apps, but the two apps (8 pieces of bruschetta and 4 cheese samples with crackers - soft bleu, Brie, pepperjack, and parm) were rather big portions. My only con is that the wine pours could have been heavier.We stayed and bought a glass to continue to listen to the rain and relax. A hidden gem, I'd say.

Woodhall Winery sits atop a hill just a few bits away from I-83 in Northern Baltimore County. Though we haven't visited in a year or so we thoroughly enjoyed our previous visits. The winery offers a nice selection of Maryland Wines and the staff has been friendly and helpful on our visits. The tasting room is located in a restored barn on the property and there is seating. The winery has special events throughout the year - our fave was the soup and wine pairing (usually during winter months - see schedule).
