I have to say Magdalen was extremely professional. No double dipping whatsoever. Made me feel really comfortable and was quick, really quick. Every time I visit her I am amazed at how painless the waxing is. I have visited many salons and spa for waxing but Magdalen's has gone beyond my expectations.

Magdalen is great with Brazilian, she tries to make it as pain free as possible. and super fast, which I love! As I am not a person who likes to go through pain for a long period of time.

Magdalen does the best job of brazillian waxing I've ever experienced She is thorough, quick, and efficient. She waxes off every hair, back to front. Importantly, she never EVER double dips... each stroke of wax is always applied with a fresh applicator.

My first ever wax experience was the day before my wedding!! As risky as it was, my cousin had such faith in Magdalen and ever since, my husband and I have become loyal customers! Good service goes a long way! Thank you Magdalen!

I paid for a 1 1/2 hour massage but got 1 hour. When I got up and put my glasses on, I saw the mistake but she was already out of the room. She came back and apologized and gave me a hasty 1/2 hour more. A mistake this basic should never have happened.
