这里会让人联想到欧洲的山地国家,当地有很多欧洲裔的人们。我来过这里好几次了,这是我第一次从海岸开车来的,湖的景色美丽极了。然后我还去了火山,景色也很美。就像孩子们想象中的火山一样。总之很漂亮!

阿雷纳尔湖的景色实在是太美了,从湖面越过,我们能看到远处的火山。四处是环绕的丛林,鸟儿在那里歌唱,湖面时不时会有鱼儿跳出水面。我们虽然只在湖边待了几个小时,但沿着这里开车行走真的是一种享受。道路虽然曲折扭转,但是路面足够宽敞,可以供往来的两个车道行驶。路边随时能看到蟾蜍花园的路标,那好像是一个旅游景点,但是路标贴的到处都是,这让我们觉得有点滑稽可笑。有一个不好的地方是,我们停靠的海滩非常的脏乱,到处都是垃圾,这让我们很失望,因为这个国家可是自称非常环保的。我知道有很多地方的人对环境保护一点也不在乎,但是海滩上的垃圾完全破坏了这里的风景。

我和朋友在湖上的特许双层浮艇中度过了一整天的时间。停靠在一座岛屿边,能看到一座火山,可以游泳和烧烤。了解了湖的历史,后来在去福德圣卡洛斯的路上,花了大约30美分在湖边买了些枇杷。阿雷纳湖周围的景色总是特别好,而且每换一个角度,景色都有所不同。

开车有点绕,但是值得一去,郁郁葱葱的地方。爬上一座小山,你会看见一棵漂亮的书,还有整个湖的美景,可是后来我们发现其实可以开车去到顶上的。

我们经历了一次从里于宫到阿雷纳尔湖的独家旅行。这些冒险旅行非常棒。蝴蝶园里不仅仅只有蝴蝶,尽管蝴蝶的数量真的是不少。我们也看到了树懒、猴子、青蛙和许多鸟类。因为这个地方不是电线或笼子,它仅仅是动物的避难所,所以这个地方有很多动物。在这呆了很长的时间,去了很多的地方,包括访问德国面包店。山上丛林很壮观。我们的一个朋友不喜欢走路,但这是一个完美的旅游。

we travelled from Arenal to Monte Verde by private transfer. The lake crossing was particularly good as we had the boat to ourselves and our 'captain' was happy to point out water birds to us on the way. One small bird even hitched a lift on the back of the boat

Get out on this lake and water ski! Or view it from above on a zip line. Either way u will enjoy it's beauty.

Part of the fun of Arenal is just the drive from the Interamericana and Canas to the Arenal Lodge or to La Fortuna. The drive is nice (however, curvy and therefore a little tiring), we even came across some cuatils (begging for food -- do not feed them, as it can kill them).

We enjoyed the beautiful landscape, the small marsupials on the road, the interest of a stop at Nuevo Arenal..

Very pretty lake. We drove to Castille and spent time there including a visit to the Butterfly Conservatory. The next day we drove to Monteverde and the views of Lake Arenal were quite pretty. another good way to see the lake is to take the Sky Tram

This was a nice slow ride across the lake with wonderful views of the volcano. There were no boat ramps or docks.

We loved our trip around the lake, the views of the volcano were simply amazing. The lake is very deep and this creates quite a big surf. There were people fishing for bass, but unfortunately we didn't have time to go out on the boats.

I recently visited Lake Arenal with family and friends. We took a short cruise along the north side and enjoyed a close-up view of the local flora and fauna. As we neared the eastern end of the lake the Arenal Volcano came into view, and we had many photo ops of this popular Costa Rican landmark.All in all, a pleasant way to spend an afternoon.

Beautiful lake with all the mountains around. Great fishing, boating and jetski's. Hot Springs for wonderful relaxing!

Absolutely amazing place. Abundance of while life, beautiful landscapes. Could spend several days just sailing on the lake.
