A bit better for snorkeling than Friendship Bay on the other side of the island. Devil's Table is close by the town near the entrance to Admiralty Bay.

I had wanted to see more in terms of a reef structure but this was an area of mostly rocky bottom with some corals and fish. A strong wind was also helping to stir up the bottom somewhat and the waters were not as clear as I had hoped. One part of the area had a preponderance of black sea urchins indicating the demise of the corals. This is likely due to the proximity of the town of Port Elizabeth and the myriad of yachts, boats, ferries and charter tours passing through the bay. There are far better places to snorkel or dive than this.

Well located in Port Elizabeth, food average , decoration great, staff forger to smile. Watch out if they offer sides ask them HOW MUCH the waiters do not tell you and when you get the bill you will be shocked that the sides were not included

My husband & I had a recent diving vacation to Bequia and ate at the Devil's Table and thoroughly enjoyed the Devil's Table. Good food and a very cool atmosphere right on the water. Missed their Friday night party but for sure will go next time visiting Bequia as we hear it is a total blast and not to be missed!!

saw lots of fish there- divers have seen octopus there too. We snorkeled there twice, the water is very clear but there can be a bit of current there at times.

The setting and decor is fabulous, drinks are good and the music and dancing on friday night-fabulous. Just don't eat here.

Super excellent dive spot, Dive Bequia took us there and the scenery under there was breathtaking, wonderful at the least.

great spot for a sunset cocktail. Food and service average at best

Great food, beautifully presented, with the best atmosphere on the island. I want to be one of those lucky ex-pat Canadians and Brits who get to hang out at the bar to watch the sun go down over the harbor, then have a wonderful meal while the yachts bob!

Starting in Rocky Bay and curving around the headland, Devils Table Reef is marked by a west cardinal marker. the depth ranges from 2m/6ft down to a maximum of 18m/60ft. The current can be strong by the marker so please be cautious. Two secure buoys have been placed by Dive Bequia for recreational users to tie up to while snorkeling or diving this site. One is located just to the inside of the cardinal marker and one is placed in Rocky Bay.Please be advised that this reef is a dedicated 'Conservation Area' and an important breeding ground for many of our vulnerable marine species and corals. Anchoring on the reef is a very destructive practice and highly detrimental to our conservation areas. When fishing please return any small sized juveniles back (alive) so they have a chance to grow and breed effectively.Common marine species to be found at Devils Table:Trumpetfish, Cornetfish, Grunts, Squirrelfish, Jacks, Rainbow runner, Ocean Triggerfish, Spotted Moray, Sharptail eel, Goldspotted eel, Green Moray, Christmas Tree Worms, Spaghetti Worms, Medusa Worms, Spiny Caribbean Lobster, Spotted Lobster, Banded Coral Shrimp, Frogfish, Coney, Scorpionfish, Whitenose pipefish and much much more!

but Bequia has better, more interesting dive sites [Boulders; The Wall]; Ship's Stern; Half Moon Caye, for ex.] The coral is healthy; it's an easy dive; probably great site to snorkel.

Devils Table is a fun easy dive site as well as snorkeling site. Lots of corals and plenty of fish, Morey eels and an occasional Sea Horse. Some nearby wrecks for the adventurous.
