macaroni beach

If you are staying in Mustique on holiday this is the best beach for body surfing and boogie boarding. The waves can get a little rough and it can be quite windy, but it is great fun.We were three families with teenage boys and girls and had a great time in the surf.PS - Boogie boards can be hired at Dive Centre on the island.

Great day out, soft sandy beach with a little sandy walk way through to the open sea. There is a lot of seaweed and rocks in places, as expected on Mustique.Very close to the volleyball court.No fire place.

White sand, never over crowded. The most popular beach on the island.There are also picnic huts and a volley ball sand pit

Beautiful, crystal clear waters and unspoiled. Would like to have taken a picnic but didn't get the chance to return.

The beach is in a lovely location and when clean must be wonderful but it is now covered in seaweed. There seven or eight men clearing it and it was still unpleasantly covered by the stuff and there is a huge pile by the vehicular entrance to the beach gently rotting (and smelling) away. This is a common current problem in the area (end of November 2014) and it has affected beaches on Barbados too (Crane Beach has exactly the same problem) and when going by speedboat from St Vincent to Moustique we found the sea full of seaweed.

Loved surfing the waves ! It is on the more windy side of the island so offers respite from the sun .

World class beach and very secluded. There is rarely more than another 5 or 6 people here. Take a picnic and enjoy the day!

I really liked us beach as it was fun for everyone and nothing could be wrong I remember swimming in the waves having so much fun.

Though it will be the most "crowded" beach in Mustique, it's still very enjoyable. The water is gorgeous--but beware the waves, for they may take your sunglasses with them! Perfect if you like to boogey-board.

This was not my favourite beach on the island, can be rough and busier than some of the others. Not helped by the fact that the picnic table we had booked had about 10 Americans sitting at it and they only moved off the table and sat in front of us blocking our way to the beach!

Love the laid back, yet glamorous feel if this wonderful beach. It never really feels crowded, the turquoise waves are great fun for getting tossed around in. There are picnic shelters, palm trees and the sand is soft and white. What's not to like?

What a beach!!!!! And so quiet for you to enjoy. White sands, steady waves, swaying palms and blue waters- what more could you ask for?

No amenities so can throw people off but thats what helps make it perfect! can't wait to go back and bring the kids.

Definitely you can choose any of the beaches but Macaroni remains the top. Check before theavailability of the shelters with the Company otherwise you will not be able to attend it.
