First, when I decided to book, the email communication was very responsive and informative. They were great to deal with and very upfront regarding the cost and services available. We wanted transfer from Montego Bay to Negril, round trip, a stop on the way to Negril to get supplies, a stop for a drink on the way and a cell for the week, no problem. We get our luggage, exit the airport to see the Luxurious Carib Tours sign, Andre greets me with "you must be Bill" and he's off to get the van. A couple cold drinks waiting in the van and we're off. Andre stopped at the Mega Mart, and came in with us to help us get our beer, booze, food and supplies. That was a great help and made it very convenient for us. We needed a drink/potty stop after being on the road for an hour. He took us to a bar and we got a couple drinks (excellent price) and clean restrooms. Before you knew it, we're at our resort and Andre is helping us with our bags! During our stay the weather got windy and we decided we wanted to take a day trip. Andre's phone number was pre-programmed in the cell phone he gave us. We called at 8 am and wanted to go to the Mayfield Falls and Blue Hole. No Problem. He called back in 2 minutes and we were getting picked up by a driver (name escapes me, Dwight?) by 9 am. We went to the falls, it was a blast. On the way to the Blue Hole we needed to stop for a potty break. When we walked into the store/restaurant the smell of the food overwhelmed us. Our driver stopped there often and asked if we wanted lunch. OMG the best pork of my life!!!! What a wonderful (and very inexpensive) surprise! The remainder of the trip to the Blue Hole was great also. What a great way to insure a good trip having one point of contact in Luxurious. When our trip was over, our driver (Duane I believe) was waiting for us 10 minutes ahead of our agreed time to leave for the airport. Again a very courteous driver who was very friendly and a professional driver. I'm not sure what else I could have wanted or expected. They not only met but exceeded my expectations regarding their professionalism, service and value. I would definitely use them again, and would highly recommend them if you have transportation needs.

We used Andre from Luxurious Carib tours for our private airport transfer and will be using him again next year. He was very friendly and accommodating for any stops we needed to make on the way to Negril. Great job and see you next year!!

We've used Luxurious Carib in the past, and once again we were extremely happy with their service. We were picked up and returned to the airport by Max (and a couple ice-cold Red Stripes) -- Max is a very friendly, informative guy -- he even arrives early, and drives safe !! We also planned a trip to Calico Jacks; however due to the rough sea we rescheduled . . . not a problem. Andre took us to Calico Jacks a few days later, only to find out the sea was still too rough to go out to the island. Instead, Andre treated us like family. We enjoyed some good laughs and stories as he gave us a personal tour of where he grew up (we even stopped to meet his mom !!) We could say nothing but good about these guys . . . friendly, safe, good price. Can't wait to see their smiling faces next year !!!

We are not aware of the situation you have encountered, but after reading this review we understand the expression. In a bit to briefly describe the service we offer. Our service is a private service that allows customers to stop along the way to your destination. However if the customer would like to make stops to places outside of the agreed reservation that was made with the company, customers would have to put such request in the reservation so the company can assess the distance and time allotted in order to charge accordingly. Our company also make recommendations of places to visit but only take customers were they make a reservation to go and only stop at places customers requested to stop. Our main objective is customers safety and enjoyment. Again our company apologize for any discomfort any of our customers encounter.

Luxurious Carib driver Max picked us up at MBJ and took us to Negril. He was on time and had a friendly island smile. Welcomed us with a few cold red stripes. We stopped at Mega Mart for some supplies. Vehicles were clean, safe and comfortable. They provided a phone for us to use whille there to call home etc. In the middle of our trip, Andre even called to make sure we were doing okay! They picked us up and took us back to Montego Bay for our last night and even arranged private transport the following day from Montego Hotel to the airport. By far the best and most reasonably priced transportation we ever hired in Jamaica. Highly reccomend!!!

This is the best company for pick-up at the Mo Bay airport to Negril. All of the drivers, Patch, Max and a few others were very professional and the mini vans were very clean. They also gave us a phone to use while for the 12 days we were there. No problem using there services again. Thanks to Andre and Ricardo for a great experience.Patricia & Richard

Booked Luxurious Carib Tours for our transportation from MBJ to Negril and back. Everything worked out exactly as scheduled. Pick-ups were right on time, and both our drivers, (Max and Duane) were great tour guides and made us feel safe and welcome. Great job. We will book them every time.

My husband and I go to Jamaica twice a year for r&r. This past fall I needed to find new transportation pick up from airport and one sightseeing day trip. My pleasant experience began with my emailing the company which was VERY professional! One day prior to coming to Jamaica they contacted me to assure me where they would be waiting for us. Max greeted us with his beautiful smile and cool soda. We arranged for him to pick us up the following morning. Because of the rain we changed our trip from going to nine mile to Ocho rios and discovery bay. We all went to lunch to scotchies for a great jerk lunch. We have used a lot of other means of transportation and I now have a piece of mind they are the BEST! Thank you Andre, Ricardo and Max!

We contacted Luxurious for round trip transportation to and from Montego Bay to our resort in Negril. They were prompt, attentive and safe. We could not have asked for more.

Setup my transportation with Andre a few months in advance and I don't regret it at all - will most definitely use the service again for future visits - I had both Andre and Max for drivers during my stay ... they were both professional friendly and arrived on time - felt safe riding with both as some times J'can driving can be scary (lol) but no worries with Luxurious Carib ... I recommend their services to all, they definitely get 5 stars from me! Three separate pickups thus far 1) shopping 2)a visit to Kendal Basic School 3)Rick's Cafe & dinner at 3 dives.... I used Luxurious Carib Tours for an airport transfer on a recent trip to Jamaica and the service was excellent! From my very first contact with Andre and Ricardo, they always got back to me promptly and professionally. They even called the day before to confirm everything! Max was right on time and waiting for us at the airport to take us down to Sandals Whitehouse with cold red stripes. He was so nice and made our ride very enjoyable!I will definitely use them again and highly recommend their service to others.

just returned from negril,had max for a driver, and couldn't be happier. found them on tripadivsor. i will be using them everytime i go to negril. everybody involved in this company are wonderful and very professional...love that they call and confirm your ride the night before you arrive. very nice
