The marina is an 'attraction' in Port Antonio. It is fairly decent and probably worth your time. If you are driving, it is a little hard to get in amidst all the chaos in the area. A nice visit for a quiet evening and taking some touristy pictures...

It's going through a management change now so things are a little topsy turvy but it should settle back down to it's great value experience in the New Year, if you're not fussy ..still a cute place to 'touch down' in Prt Antonio

This wonderful cubby hole of a local restaurant and magnificently beautiful marina, probably in the top 3 most stunning in the Caribbean, are a step out of the wireless world we live in. Delicious homestyle seafood (that adheres to environmental laws!)and easy access to the modern and yesteryear culture of Jamaica. The world's original jerk pork from Boston Beach and all kinds of gorgeous nooks, crannies & beaches to explore are nearby. I know why the 50s mega hollywood star Errol Flynn made this place a Hollywood playground. It slides from wild to elegant with ease because of the vacation clientele it attracts. The historic location of the marina is the tip of Portland's venerable historic importance to the trade and commerce of the British Empire. The Sir Henry Morgan Anglers who frequent the place and run their IGFA tournaments out of it are exactly as the club's namesake...wild, enjoy their liquor, aimiable, adventurous, creative and peculiarly elegant when it is called for....a style of their own!
