The gallery prides itself in having mostly handmade items as well as items that are locally made, made somewhere in the Caribbean or made in the USA. It's not easy but we give it our best effort. We work very hard ever day to bring a good variety of artwork and keepsakes to the floor of the gallery. It's important to have something for every budget. I discovered Gallery St Thomas a few years ago and now always make it a point to visit on my annual St Thomas vacations. The offerings are varied and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. This year I purchased pottery and they shipped it for me. It arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend vising Gallery St Thomas in Palm Passage Charlotte Amalie.

We found this shop by accident and so glad we did. If you are looking for real island art items this is the shop for you. All the items are local art. I love the shopping but I like the unusual hand made items. I know you will find something not made in China that makes the perfect memory of your visit to St Thomas.

We had been shopping for art to bring home while in St. Thomas and found this gallery on our way to the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful but, not at all pushy. We discovered many nice art works by local artists that were reasonably priced. We purchased one and the gallery had it shipped to us. It arrived in great shape and reminds us every day of our trip.

There aren't many really good places in St. Thomas to find interesting original art created by local artists, but Gallery St. Thomas is very special and has an array of possibilities for great gifts or personal interests. Amazing jewelry, paintings, and pottery. Be sure to visit!

I came upon Gallery St. Thomas recently during a cruise ship stop. It was right across from a cool outdoor bar in Palm Passage - a neat little passageway between the waterfront & Main Street. While I'm not a big art gallery aficionado, I wandered in and quickly found SO many things to love! The ladies were very pleasant and didn't pressure you at all. And it hada bit of everything, from fine art to folk art. I bought a delightful locally made Jumbie (West Indian Spirit Doll) for my collection at a very reasonable price. It was a great place from which to take home a lasting "piece" of St. Thomas (as the duty-free liquor & perfume only last so long).
