Do not go here. It is a rip off.This is a 27 hole facility just north of Brampton. The fairways and greens are in excellent shape for mid July. Unfortunately, the customer service is extremely poor. We booked a foursome for a Friday and asked if they had senior's rates and carts. The answer was yes. When we arrived, we went to the pro shop to pay and the cost had soared. We asked why since we had booked the senior's rates. The answer was that senior's rates stopped at 7:30 am! Bizarre. The seniors I know would not get up early and fight the rush hour traffic to get here. We asked for the manager. He was not available. The clerk stated she was the assistant manager but would do nothing for us. We decided to play anyway and went to get our cart and clubs but found out that carts were not allowed in the parking lot. So we had to manually haul our heavy clubs to the cart area. This is the only course I know that does this. They also have a driving range attached. Another customer came into the pro shop and asked for a bucket of balls. He was told that the range was closed as they were picking up the balls. We looked out and the range was clear of staff. Again, the clerk would do nothing for this customer. Mid July, prime time (9:30 am) and customers cannot use the range!Once out on the course for a while, we looked for the drink/food cart. Asked a marshal and he said they didn't bother with one even on this hot day.After the round, we were hungry. However, the dining room prices are higher than most and the service was terrible so we went offsite.I think this course is trying to drive away customers. It is the worst one I have come across and we seniors play quite a few.Do not go here. It is a rip off.
