the only draw back of this mall is it is open and very difficult to shop during winters, other than that you get better deals than the other malls

I used to go square one,Heartland for shopping,But recently I've discovered if you keep an eye on deals,Toronto premium outlet is best place to shop.

This outlet is open air, so dress for the weather. Bring water bottles, there are no fountains. Food court isn't great, eat before going or stop at the Lindt store for a free ball of chocolate to perk yourself up.This outlet has (among others) Coach, DKNY, Burberry, Michael Kors, Guess, Lucky Brand and a proper Armani Prive/Collezioni/Georgio store, not A/E, one woman was complaining the prices were too high, she didn't realize that it wasn't the Armani Exchange hoodies and t-shirts, but higher-end Armani suits and dresses and coatsOn weekends, people line up to get into Coach and Tory Burch, which isn't worth it, the selection is the same week in, week out- go once or twice a season to get the new stuff, otherwise it's sad that it's so close to Mississauga (401 and Trafalgar) with rarely anything new.Hot Topic merchandise is kept current with what's in the non-outlet stores, I noticed when buying a gift for someone that the same item bought at square one's location was half price at this outlet only a day later.

As far as outlets go it is as previously described by others. It is compact, which is good, but it is open air, which was cold. As others have said it is still in Canada so usually the deals are so so. On boxing week however the deals were fabulous. The flip side of actual great deals was how busy some stores were. Some were not worth the sheer physical effort of fighting with the throngs. I would rather pay full price and shop in comfort. Great though if you have the patience to do it. The biggest disappointment was The Bay. Not sure why they wanted to so downgrade their image by having such a horrible store. Bottom line; not really enough variety to warrant the drive. The "average" rating reflects the fact we got some amazing deals and walked away with quite a haul for really very little and that's the point of outlet shopping.

We headed out to the Toronto Premium Outlets on Black Friday, just for the drive. Parking was horrendous. Insufficient parking was available for the shoppers at the mall, and across the street on Trafalgar Road - sign indicating lot full. We even witnessed numerous hot-heads attempting to locate parking and the local constabulary resolving parking issues and the sort. This is an open air mall with over 70 shops, and on a cool day it is not a pleasant place to be. If you intend to seek shelter from the cold in the food building, be forewarned, that it can be quite crowded. If you require information regarding the mall, or a map (not up to date), the information kiosk is located in the food building, right in the center of the Outlets's complex.We were quite surprised to see the long lineups for entry to some of the shops, and from what we could tell, their sales were nothing special. The entire mall supposedly was on sale, though the sale pricing left a lot to be desired, except for the very few stores, that truly did have a sale on, with reductions off of their already reduced prices. Other than that, the average sale was 20% -25% off the MSRP.There are deals to be had, though you do have to look hard, and even then the so called deals are not much better than what the local malls and shops offer in the GTA. In other words, not really worth the drive, the pain in attempting to locate parking, and freezing in this open air mall.Would we recommend this establishment: Not really.Would we return to this establishment: Not on Black Friday, or Boxing week, or weekend. Best to check the Outlet's website to see which stores truly have a sale on, that will appeal. Other than that not worth the effort.

was expecting to be terrible based on the reviews, but got decent clothes for decent time. a bit more expensive than us, but then we do live in overpriced canada...needs a better food court for sure

I don't shop in the U.S. but I know this place is not a bargain either. Went there twice..once with a friend..and wow a dress for $300.00 on SALE...guess only rich people can shop there.. we did not buy any thing as it was wayyyyyyyyyyyyy over our budgets. Went second time to go to Calendar store to get Grumpy Cat calendar..this year didn't have to bother lots of other stores have it. I don't see the attraction. Been to the Vaughan shopping mall with my Mom and it have great prices. Will not be back to this outlet. Not worth the drive.

THis is hands down the best Outlet Mall In the GTA, VEry nice layout, just like a regular indoor mall, but its outdoor and openair. Unlike all the other outlets in Canada, you have to drive to go to each store, thats such a bad concept for canada, as its a very cold countrythey should do all malls indoor, as in the winter times its very difficult to go there with children or elderly members.

Too crowded.....took too long to get a parking spot.....we waited 20 mins...very few deals....food court sucks....too small and not a good variety...we will never go back here......Dixie Value Mall is so much better....

You will find the most important brands and with a little bit of luck,,,really good prices. The open space concept make me prefer to shop here instead of Dixie Malls.

The Toronto Mall, is on the 401 way to Milton. You can get good bargains mostly all the time, but much better during the seasons/festive etc. They also have a food court, which is okkk. I particularly like the Lindt outlet, yummy deals and u wont leave without a sampler in your mouth. We were there this weekend for the Thanksgiving weekend, and was not disappointed at all. We got some great deals, like party skirts for 10/- from Bay, Forever 21 deals, Mountain outback was best.. we got the kids snow pants for less than 40/- and good colours, inners for the kids 34/- for 2, they had a buy one -get one free deal, loved it. Head for the deals every time there is a holiday. We don't need to leave Canada what with the exchange rates... its as good as buying from there.

I am not surprised to see some fairly poor reviews about this place. First thing is first it is not Toronto. Especially if you coming from downtown, it will be more than 1 hour drive. This place is right off the highway. I do like the set up, different from your average mall or shops. Reminds me of shops on Don Mills. They have a small food court and not much variety of food related shops or cafes. Now for the stores, I am very disappointed. The BAY had good sales, but the cloths and shoes all were in bad and old conditions, not surprising it ended here. I wouldn't even buy it in the actual store. I went to almost every other store, and although they have "brand names" like Kate Spade,Armani,Boss and Burberry , nothing was outstanding, and poor sales for poor cloths. The only store that had some real sale was Micheal Kors. If you are in need of a new Purse I do recommend this specific store. Good Sales and good selection. They also have a Lindt outlet store,lots of chocolate. Other than that I will not be returning.Long drive, poor quality cloths even not worth for the "so called outlet prices". Some stores are not even outlet, they have regular sales as all other stores in all the malls have most of the time anyways.

I had visited this outlet this weekend with my friend who don't have US VISA. The setup is pretty like those in the State, except the price is a bit more expensive. I have a feeling that the price is 10 to 15% higher, in some store, they were giving out less discount. However, we also felt that the staff in the information was not polite, this made our shopping experience less enjoyable.

I recall visiting this area in the past to car pool with a colleague and do not recall what was in this area, but it has definitely transformed! The fact that it is in Milton/Halton and barely in the GTA, not sure why it has Toronto in the name.Upon arriving, it definitely gives off the same atmosphere as the US counterparts and definitely sprawls all around. It is nice, new and modern, and for a partly outdoor mall, it is easy to walk and navigate considering. What I found disappointing being a new parent is the automatic doors. I never needed them prior and never paid much attention, but for a new development, not all the doors on all the stores have them, and some don't work. I understand the purpose is for wheelchairs, but for any parent that may be shopping by themselves, this poses a challenge.It does a good job of keeping shoppers on the north side of the border and the premium offering does draw the right crowd. But to call it an outlet again is a loose term. Even the non-premium selection did not have the outlet pricing that we see in other outlets in Southern Ontario. We did find new stores we have not been to before and we did find good deals, but it entailed going into a fair amount of the stores. We were able to do more and spend more time there due to our newborn.If you live close to Heartland, Vaughan Mills or Cookstown Tanger, you may be better staying close to the area, unless you are after the Premium selection. I would expect this draws from the relevant areas of Milton and Oakville so it does serve a good purpose. We are interested in going back as we like some of the stores we found deals, and would not mind checking out others, but afraid to try and go back on a weekend as we went on a Wednesday.

This designer outlet mall which opened only in August is located on Steeles Avenue West, near Trafalgar Road and Highway 401.It has 85 stores, including Coach, Calvin Klein and DKNY.Despite it being an Outlet Mall, most items are still expensive compared to US outlet malls specially with the 13% Canadian tax.More popular outlet stores are Coach and Kate Spade where there is a long queue/line outside just to get into the store.I guess this always happens in any Coach outlet mall all over the world except those in Orlanda,Florida which has the most number of outlet malls in just one city.It is also disappointing that they have such a small food court that has very few restaurant choices.
