The displays at the museum change frequently and give a good picture of the history of the area. Very well done, nice atmosphere, and friendly people there to help.

This restored and renovated pioneer home houses a unique collection of pioneer artifacts. (I'm particularly in love with their crazy quilt) The unofficial world record whitetail deer head (confiscated from a hunter) is something to see, huge rack on him. Travelling museum exhibits often stop here. It's not a huge site but it's a great place to spend a 1-2 hours, very nicely presented, on 2 floors. It is wheelchair accessible. Things are always changing up you never know what you'll see new when you go in there.
