It is a typical fun family place to enjoy an outdoor evenng of entertainment. Considering a tornado passed within .5 mile of the place in 2010, we wonder about going there. Just kidding. It has great popcorn candy floss etc. A fun night out & when you get home, look up at the beautiful starts!

My family has been going to this drive inn every summer for over 20 years. It is a great night out for couples and families. If you get there early the kids can play in the front grass area. There are special nights where you can get a per car price. Remember to bring some bug netting for your windows so that the bugs don't get in and you can leave your windows done.

The Midland Drive-In is an institution, and one that is still exciting to go to. While I would normally not put a movie theatre up as an attraction, there are so few drive-ins around these days that it would be a shame to miss out on this one.During the summer, the Midland Drive-In shows two movies in a row during the evenings (and up to four movies on long weekends). They generally start with a PG or PG-13 movie at first and will move to more mature films afterwards. At $8 an adult (kids under 13 are free!), you can't go wrong. Thursday's are carload nights, in which you can get a whole van in for $8 total.They show recent big production films on a large single screen, and they have a concession stand to get your popcorn, drinks, and nachos at.The staff are friendly and it's a great experience to go out and tune the radio in to hear the movie (they gave up on those wired speakers long ago). Since you'll want to put the windows down at night, don't forget some mosquito netting and painter's tape to affix it to your car windows before dusk!
