This restaurant is great, food is amazing and not boring or typical, I've been here for romantic dinners and had a large get together before my wedding, inside is rustic but lovely and romantic,and you can fit a large party in the upstairs (I beleive if you have enough people it's private upstairs but you have to push the manager to book you upstairs, I booked the upstairs for my wedding party but upon arrival was told by the manager that he had not booked a waitress for upstairs and we we're put on the main floor which was a little disappointing and crowded but we still enjoyed ourselves) Parking is not overly available so you may have to park on the road somewhere. Overall I love this restaurant and will definitely be returning, and I would still consider booking this place for family/friends get togethers and events ( you can book the entire restaurant but I was told it was a $6000 minimum, prob for a Saturday night, not sure about other days) but if this is affordable for you it's a lovely place for a large birthday party or small wedding reception or shower.I haven't said enough about the food, it really is great! Like rustic-gourmet! I can't remember too many of the dishes but I do remember my whole table of 12 or so ppl all sharing and trying each others meals, everyone was impressed, and I beleive they have halibut which my Relatives from Newfoundland really enjoyed.Will be back soon! Next date night out!If you are in york region (Newmarket/Bradford/aurora) this is a great place to go where you won't overpay to be disappointed!
